News Options
1) please add a Settings option that allows us to open the app to our Mail, or set as a default.
2) The news always opens to the presidential election and it is extremely biased in favor of Harris. It’s always negative about Trump. We all see through this and it amounts to propaganda. I do not want to see news on AOL about the presidential election. It doesn’t even allow a local option.
3) Provide options to create a custom feed so we can eliminate specific topics we don’t want, such as the presidential election.

Option to open email links in users own browser choice, not the apps built in browser
Opening hyperlinks in emails should be open in the users choice of browser, and not the mail apps built in browser. Please make an option for the user to decide what browser your links open in

AOL mail issues
06/26/2024: The app for mobile mail default and the ads are not working correctly AGAIN! I’ve checked all the settings and they are set up perfectly. Fix the problem once and for all PLEASE! So tired of seeing the news default and the ads. I’ve done my part… now it’s your turn. So frustrating.

It’s not acceptable to scan my emails for content to then sell my data to third parties and you need to make it easy to opt out!!
I find it outrageous that Yahoo and AOL are scanning my incoming and outgoing emails for content and then you sell that data to third parties to then advertise to us on this illegally obtained personal information. You need to make customers much more aware of this intrusion into our personal lives and you need to make it much easier to opt out of your so-called advertisement cookies other tracking tools

Stop forcing news headline. Allow your customers a choice between getting mail on opening or seeing headline news (never good)
I am sick of opening up my AOL to check my email and see some annoying news headline usually bad news and almost always political. If I want to read news I will seek it out. They should not be forced upon me when I’m just trying to check my email.

When i get on the mail on my iPad the password thing comes on and i put the password in and it wont go away
When i get on my iPad the password thing keeps coming up , when i put in the password and click ok it goes away but come back a few seconds later, I’ve changes the password and save it but that box WILL NOT GO AWAY

“Undo” doesn’t work on Inbox.
When delete or move a message from the Inbox and then press “UNDO” the message doesn’t return to Inbox. Thanks.
