Option to open email links in users own browser choice, not the apps built in browser
Opening hyperlinks in emails should be open in the users choice of browser, and not the mail apps built in browser. Please make an option for the user to decide what browser your links open in

Latest update (7.78.1) for iPad was released without proper testing and renders the app unusable for reading mail
Latest update was released with a bug that causes ad on right side of screen to hijack the entire screen when opening an email for reading other than the email previewed when app is first opened. Ad expands to fill the screen and cannot be dismissed so the app has to be killed. App was very obviously not tested properly before release when a bug that renders the mail reader useless is allowed to be posted to the Apple App Store. This needs to be fixed ASAP. Otherwise the app will be useless to anyone using it as their email…

News Options
1) please add a Settings option that allows us to open the app to our Mail, or set as a default.
2) The news always opens to the presidential election and it is extremely biased in favor of Harris. It’s always negative about Trump. We all see through this and it amounts to propaganda. I do not want to see news on AOL about the presidential election. It doesn’t even allow a local option.
3) Provide options to create a custom feed so we can eliminate specific topics we don’t want, such as the presidential election.

AOL mail issues
06/26/2024: The app for mobile mail default and the ads are not working correctly AGAIN! I’ve checked all the settings and they are set up perfectly. Fix the problem once and for all PLEASE! So tired of seeing the news default and the ads. I’ve done my part… now it’s your turn. So frustrating.

Stop forcing news headline. Allow your customers a choice between getting mail on opening or seeing headline news (never good)
I am sick of opening up my AOL to check my email and see some annoying news headline usually bad news and almost always political. If I want to read news I will seek it out. They should not be forced upon me when I’m just trying to check my email.

It was great the way it was. Yellow? Not so great. I can never find AOL but then I find I was scanning over it the whole time.
Can I just add, change colors, move things or whatever but please stop changing how we do our mail, read, send etc. change is good, but not when you’re getting old. Lol

I desperately need to download all my own folders with files in them. I can see no way of doing this. There are hundreds of crucial files, Ì
If I ever lost all my own folders it would be the end of me.
There must be a way to download all these in bulk.
