  1. The sports news section, seems to concentrate on football, there are many more entertaining sports than this , motor sports, extreme sports

    I think that football is overrated and seems to take president over other sports ,it would be nice to here more on motor sports, extreme sports to mention but a few

  4. Nothing you report as news is actual news. lol. Who cares if a politician’s ex husband was arrested.

    Why do we care if a politician’s ex husband was arrested??? How is that news? Report on the crime, cops getting shot daily, the border crisis.

  9. Return to original email format. I have to reload every time I look at another page, attaching photos is very confusing,

    I have used AOL since it came in tin boxes, This is the most difficult format to use and read. It is difficult to find and attach photos, determine new emails, locate other mailboxes,and delete into anything except trash. I do not like this version and May switch if this is not improved

    Can you not be a shill like every other site and just give our email to us with no ads or holding a better experience ransom for a certain amount of dollars a month??? You are not Netflix, you provide a service, and this is predatory on a scummy level.

  13. It’s clear from the number of entries that you messed up when you changed the app to open to the news feed instead of the Inbox. Please fix

    You forced us to the app for security reasons. It’s a mail app so it should open by default to the Inbox. The user experience sucks. Multiple clicks to check my email is ridiculous. I’ve tried setting up mail in other apps but that process is a PITA. Your developers and product people got this wrong. Fix it.

  17. STOP OPENING NEXT EMAIL (started AGAIN with recent app update)

    The recent iOS update started opening the next email, when you delete the email you are reading. That could open a SPAM message, putting user at risk. Such a dumb thing to do

  18. Remove the deletion limit on the spam folder

    Allow the user to delete all mail in the folder. The 100 email limit is ridiculous given the amount of spam that is in my folder. I quickly scan the senders and subjects for items to be moved to my inbox. But now I can’t just click delete on everything else. What a pain!

  19. Allow taping the a o l mail application to open up my mail and not to take me to the home page. This has the practice all along and should r

    When tapping the a o l application email should be visible as in the past. I should not be first taken to the main screen.
