This NEW version is a NIGHTMARE! PLEASE change it back!
Please help your customers by giving us all what we are requesting.
The new mail version is causing me, a loyal customer since 1996, a lot of anxiety. I don’t need it. Using this new version is extremely time consuming. I May have to consider other options.Until this change was made I was proud to tell people I used AOL and was happy with all of the benefits offered with the subscription.
Please undo this change and make me feel proud of AOL’s services again.

Fix the read emails box is missing problem
I cant find my emails once I've read them ,where did the read emails tab go? This has been my main email address for almost 25 years and now it's almost useless .Please fix it or I will have to set up a new email accounts . Wheres the 'read email' box ???

Fix it so that when you want send an email you don't have to go to the contact list if you don't remember an address. Used to you put a letter in and the contact list would appear to choose from.

Free tech support is desperately needed!
Can't delete emails either from inbox or within email. When I hit reply, the to line is empty. Can only empty spam or deleted messages one by one. Can't download my emails to my PC.
AND NO TECH SUPPORT IS AVAILABLE WITHOUT PAYING FOR IT???

How to find old email
Can't ever find email again after reading it in New. Previously this was easy, now I have looked in Trash,archive and even spam. Where am I going wrong please...........old system so easy,,

Can't delete or mark individual emails Unread. It's a huge mess. Fix it. Please!
Put it back the way it was even earlier today. Not every update is a good idea! And this ranks among the worst AOL changes every! And I've had every AOL version since the first one.

AOL said they would never ask for ur pw but the new update is requesting it. Is the request a scam. Please help those that are confused by this

Restore the old version.
Restore the old version. This new version is even worse than the app version on Amazon Fire, which freezes and crashes after reading one mail. At least I can still use my contacts list and contact groups with that.
