Stop advertising. Or your followers will go to a new leader
I might not stop using aol today.
But.
I will stop.
Once the habit of using aol is changed to another company, aol will be over with.This excess frantc overdose intrusive advertising is too much.
Aol, if you dont stop this. Then, i will move on. After 20 years of using the platform.

msg from aol closing old version
Rec'd 2 emails saying that AOL will get rid of the Old email version and tells me to click on a link to continue. Pretty sure it's spam...please verify

Frustrating mail system
I love AOL mail on my pc where I have AOL Golb . I am NOT a fan of aol mail on a Kindle. There are no instructions, no map to tell me how to get where I need to be, and it goes back to home at odd times. There is one page where I select unwanted mails and dump them in the trash and another where I must swipe left to delete each one. Most frustrating. Setup I have ever tried to use.

Bring back the old interface
The new interface is terrible. The previous one was much easier to use. Whoever thought the new interface was better is stupid

This is the response I got from AOL for my complaint about spam
"Hi,We wanted to let you know that an idea you supported, Why has my spam, has been combined with a similar idea so we can consider them together."
How on earth DOES THAT HELP?!? Every time I mark a McAfee spam as spam, I get more!!!

Why am I continuously getting spam mail that is addressed to someone else’s yahoo account. I have an aol.com address but most of the spam that I get is addressed to yahoo.com. I am getting about a hundred of these daily and am getting tired of it.

I have two separate emails withyou. Before i could switch between them without having to signout of one.
A way to toggle between your accounts if you have two or more so you don't have to close out of one to access the other one.

BLOCKING INCOMING MAIL
WE NEED A BLOCK SENDER BUTTON!
This is bull s... We need to be able to BLOCK certain emails from sending us ANYTHING AT ALL!
ALSO, The fact that I tried to view aol mail in my browser and it forced open my aol app I DELETED THE APP & NOW I AM DELETING THIS ****** *** ACCOUNT!

On my Kindle Fire 5
Contacts cannot be found from the "to" and "cc" boxes. Usually you start typing and choices are displayed.
Nor, it appears, can you go to Contacts Folder, find the contact, and then initiate an email from there.
Result is, every email address you wish to use has to be remembered and then typed in accurately. Quite a feat, quite an imposition.
The total failure to provide Tech Support is lamentable. What an attitude. The Board of Directors of this Company are not fit to hold office.

Search all star highlighted emails
Why do you give the option to highlight and star emails but not give the option to then search for all ⭐️ emails after to copy or move to another folder after?

My account is HACKED &aol does nothing
My account is HACKED COMPROMISED. There’s illegal stuff probably going down. I called Corporate but ph.clerk would not transfer me to a MGR. kept saying ma’am just change yo password!! Did that 14 times in 2 days. And it was not helpful The other thing is you contact me about this accounts compromise? on this email? Thanks for outing strategy to hackers. Brilliant 😫
