  2. Turn off the app specific password. It is a useless needless glitch

    App specific password required is idiotic. Also, your generator doesnt work so i am locked out of my email until you either fix it or remove that requirement.

    Nobody asked for this. The feature adds nothing substantial to the service and when it glitches (often) or doesn't work at all, your customers suffer.

  4. Don't delete emails from inactive accounts

    Don't delete all of a user's emails without informing them in a secondary email address!
