Why can't I change the size of the font?????? HATE this format!!!!
Best idea is to go back to my old format. HATE this new format.This is going backwards NOT an improvement!!!!!! If you don't go back, I will be leaving for another email!!!! maybe you don't care - you obviously don't care since after all the complaints you still don't go back to the old format!!! good bye

What Have You Done? I repeatedly said "NO" to the new version, and now I have some other form of new version??
You FORCED a new version of AOL on me, that while it isn't the "upgrade to the new version" is absolutely a different version! There's NO "old mail folder," the page is colorful, TOO COLORFUL, the entire design has been changed, there's NO WAY to switch it back. If AOL is going to force these colors, loss of folders and more that it is right now, with NO WAY to change it back to the original, which was tried and true for decades upon decades, not give me options back, I'm one of countless I'm sure, lost AOL users. UNACCEPTABLE…

I can't find my Old mail, or Recently deleted mail. Why did you do this? This is terrible.
I didn't ask for this. I can't find mail that I accidently deleted. I can't find my old mail. Why did you do this? The old way was working fine. This is very un-user friendly. Please give me my old email platform back.

separate old and new mail as it used to be
do not like old and new mail mixed .I used to hold some notices til i could take care of them and then i would delete them . Now i can't find them wish i had been told of changes.

Why would you take away basic features like bold or underline or colors or font size, etc. These are basic features of every system, except now, yours. Make your designers actually use AOL for their email, and they will soon see how non-user friendly they have made it.

Please just put back the scroll bar and get rid of the arrows that you have to push when you want to see more of your mail. Can't tell you how much I dislike the new version you stuck us with.

deleting mail
You used to be able to delete an email as soon as you were done reading it. Now you have to scroll back up to the top to delete it. Majorly bad idea!

There used to be more options for the mail. Like choosing whether to always have the BCC line or not. I chose not to have it, now I am stuck with it on every email.

We do have a choice. Don't want to change but will not stay. Only going to wait another day. Then I will, at your request, move my mail.

BRING BACK THE OLD SYSTEM. I CALLED FOR HELP AND THEY CAN'T HELP ME. I CAN'T CHANGE THE SIZE AND EYES ARE BAD SO I CAN'T EVEN SEND AN E-MAIL AS I CAN'T READ IT. HOW DARE YOU AOL TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS, WHO PAY, THIS WAY. HORRIBLE CUSTPOMER SERVICE. I SEE EVERYONE IS SCREAMING AT YOU.

Why aren't you reading all the complaints everyone has for this "new" email? Why aren't you providing good Customer Service? You are going to end up bankrupt because you will eventually lose all your customers.

why do we have to click twice for everything now?
We used to be able to move something to a folder with one click. Now it takes two. We used to be able to go to settings with one click. Now it takes two. Why would anyone think this is better?

YAHOO vs AOL
If I wanted to have the YAHOO look on my email, I would have been with YAHOO since the 90's. However, I chose to be with AOL since the 90's and would like the classic look back. Why do things change when they are working correctly?????????
