How can we improve AOL Mail?

This new system is not working for me. Give me my old platform back. Settings to classic this is not my old format.

This new system is not working for me. Give me my old platform back. Settings to classic this is not my old format. It appears you really don't want feedback... this is not a new idea. I would like my old format...before it was just a scroll down to view older mail , now I need to select pages?? This not an improvement..thank you

    this page thing is awful, i now have comb through pages and pages of email to view, sort delete or file. i have been using aol mail for well over 20 years and now you have made unusable. i guess its time to find another platform. Goodbye!

    I can do this with the Firefox browser. Different browsers have different behaviors, I generally use Opera because I can open a message in a new tab which I can't do with Firefox.

    I currently pay for AOL on a monthly basis but will call and cancel and go back to a free account. I hate this new format.

    I would also like the old format back..much easier ti use and more intuitive.

    on the "new aol" there is no selection to see "old mail". currently I have to switch back to 'old view' to see my old mail. Will do a quick read but wish to save it. I want it to be automatic to save all recent email until intentionally deleted.

    Editing contacts:

    a:
    it keeps remembering a contact where I misspelled the email address and seek to delete it. when composing it still shows the incorrect address. no way to delete it directly/edit the contact by doing a right click with the mouse.

    b:
    same as above, except when composing an email, i type the contact name, the old email shows up, cannot edit, cannot delete. rinse and repeat. another rabbit hole that goes not where.
    Please help.

    All of a sudden I can't access New Mail or Sent Mail... I have switched back to the older version and things work again, but it's awful! It's like writing left handed when you're a rightie! I'm investigating other email providers, even though I've been with AOL since the beginning.

    The new system is just TERRIBLE!!! The old had beautiful backgrounds and much easier to use.

    I hate the way AOL has changed. It doesn't work for me. I may have to go to a different cource.

    I agree that the new version is pathetic compared to the old version. The old version was much easier to use and people were used to it. I sill haven't gotten used to this one after having it crammed down my throat for a few months now. Today I was trying to write an email with certain parts highlighted in bold text. I couldn't figure out how to do it.

    Most importantly, I agree that you should change it back Secondly, I would suggest that you terminate / demote the team leaders that chose to inflict this thing on your subscribers..

    HORRRIBLE FORMAT. I lost everything that I was comfortable with and now it does not make any sense to stay on AOL. Unless I will get my old format back ---- I am leaving this platform

    New system doesn't allow me to retrieve or review my emails sent to trash. It keeps telling me trash has nothing to see at which point I never deleted them!

    It's official - AOL has made an already archaic platform even MORE USELESS. Who is at the helm there and do they even have a clue????

    This is has to be the most poorly managed company in the industry. For the "founder" of internet platforms, they are so inept and have no clue at what their users want or need in an email platform.

    Not one response to the thousand of complaints about this useless new platform. I've lost my emails three times since they've changed it; no flexibilty with font; no features, whatsoever.

    To all users - for safety sake, you can have all your current folders exported to a Gmail account and new emails automatically forwarded.

    It made pulling the AOL plug a breeze. This company sucks!
