This new system is not working for me. Give me my old platform back. Settings to classic this is not my old format. It appears you really don't want feedback... this is not a new idea. I would like my old format...before it was just a scroll down to view older mail , now I need to select pages?? This not an improvement..thank you

PUT IT BACK! I HATE CHANGES, I HATE THIS FORMAT AND I HATE THAT BLUE AND PINK THAT I CANT GET RID OF! AND WHERE IS THE LINK FOR CHANGING FONT SIZE AND COLORS??????????? I ALSO HATE THAT 3 LINE CHECK BOX FORMAT TO SEND CC OR BCC!

This is unusable in either the new version or the new "classic" version. The inbox should not have more than one page. There should not be only two font sizes available -- squint-worthy and humongous. These are not problems of preference but usability. There is no version that would satisfy everyone but this is frustrating everyone.

It took me 5 times longer to send/forward messages to 20 contact lists because they aren't listed the same way, only 5 appear on the screen at a time instead of 10-15, I had to retype the entire contact list name instead of the first word, & when there was a possible error in the list & it wouldn't send, it told ME to find the error, when the system pointed out the error before. I don't know which address is not in proper form. I don't seem to have a choice to use stationary, which I loved using on personal emails. The new "themes" for my page are dull compared to all the previous choices. Where are choices for font sizes & styles?? Give me back my old platform!! Please! You are making my job much more difficult & time consuming!

Having to select pages is utterly ridiculous and extremely time-consuming. Bring back SCROLLING. It is CRITICAL.

I want to go back to my standard email. Neither the newest, nor the classic is what I have been using. I don't want to have to click through pages of emails when I used to just scroll seamlessly. The new format is not visually pleasing. I find it jarring to look at and it makes me want to just avoid email altogether.

I pay for your sevice every month and have had this account over 30 years but unless you go back to the old format...I am gone. You never gave us a choice of accepting this new format. I am very, very disappointed!

I have been with AOL for a long time. I pay a lot of money every month just to have email and now I totally hate the current email. It is terrible for me to look at on the screen.
I keeps implying that I can go back to the old view but I can not. Very displeased.
I think the amount I am paying monthly should be credited until you can give back the old view. PS I agree with Tom Russo! -

I just found out the new horrible platform does not work on my cell phone, as well as being a horrible platform on my computer. It is HORRIBLE to use and I hope you bring back the classic platform tomorrow!! If not, I will be be changing to gmail.

I want my old format back. I used to be able to "search box" the entire web while still having my mail opened. The only option you give now is to "search" my mailbox. That's useless. I have been considering a change to g-mail for some time. This might just drive me over the edge. Why did you fix something that was not broken?

I can't access my mail...I don't understand what is happening. I WANT MY OLD PLATFORM BACK. At this point I'm afraid to agree to ANYTHING offered by AOL. FIX IT!!!! Stop trying to force this change on me. I use my AOL Mail constantly and you're letting me down! Don't tell me I can choose than make it impossible. I've tried everything.
