This new system is not working for me. Give me my old platform back. Settings to classic this is not my old format.

This new system is not working for me. Give me my old platform back. Settings to classic this is not my old format. It appears you really don't want feedback... this is not a new idea. I would like my old format...before it was just a scroll down to view older mail , now I need to select pages?? This not an improvement..thank you

    I want my old version back. I cannot compose email like I use to. No font selection, no color selection, no bold or Italic selection, no color selection etc. What can I do to get my email like before?

    The new AOL email is really frustrating. I loved the old one. Give me back the old version. I loved my New and Old email folders. Now everything is in one place.

    This new system is terrible. It's frustrating and time consuming and takes a lot more time and clicks to do what used to be so quick and easy. And for the love of God (or whatever), put all the email back on one page instead of breaking it up into pages. Why are you messing with something that nobody wants changed??

    Please give everyone the option to return to the older version. I just opened an email, and it was not in a separate window and I can't find where to fix that. We often open several emails simultaneously, but that's not available now.
    Come on folks. You should know better than this.

    This is ridiculous!!! I have been reading all these comments . I wish I could give every one of them 10 thumbs up. Every single person is completely POed. What is the point of changing this?? Is anyone at "product support" actually reading these? Or laughing them off? Ignoring them?

    THis new format is not working for me at all. I accidentally deleted my inbox and it didn't save to trash. The format is not at all user friendly or appealing to look at. Navigation is clumsy.

    There was nothing wrong with the 'classic' format. These changes can only justify the job existence for someone. It does nothing to improve on what was previous trouble free .

    With this rude and unfortunate new format I have suddenly lost access to emails that I was still using. Please return the functionality of the "classic" user experience.

    PLEASE , PLEASE , PLEASE listen to your users !!!!! This new system was FORCED upon us ! We don't want it !!!!! It's TERRIBLE !!! If you don't go back to the way it was , I'm going to have to change my email address with all of my contacts that I've had for years with this account. I scrolled to see what the top concerns are for users and I lost count after 40 + entries about this HORRIBLE , USELESS new system. Please change things back !!!!!! PLEASE !!! Thank you !

    I agree with everyone that this new system SUCKS. NOTHING I DO GETS ME BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS EARLIER TODAY. If I have to, I can live with the ads that have suddenly appeared and can't be deleted but PLEASE give me back the basic version I have had for years. Supposedly you gave it back when I clicked on "Use basic version" but it is NOT the old version.

    All of a sudden today, I have "new" email format. I found where to switch back, but it's still the new email format. I DON'T WANT IT. Give me back the old one. NOW! Do you even read this stuff? IF people want to do a new format, fine, but give us who don't the old one back. There are plenty of us complaining, so TAKE A HINT! And where Today on AOL used to have a number of real news reports, I see only 3! C'mon, man!

    you ****** idiots ...I want things the way they have been for 20+ years the only people still on this system started your service, when we die you die so leave **** alone...you know old people hate change. Fix this or I will go staight to Gmail.

    This new system sucks. Where did you guys hide the search button? I really hate this new format. I cannot find what I am looking for under this new system. My husband and I have been with AOL from the very beginning. Agree 100% with what Tom Russo said. I want my old platform back!!
