This new system is not working for me. Give me my old platform back. Settings to classic this is not my old format.

This new system is not working for me. Give me my old platform back. Settings to classic this is not my old format. It appears you really don't want feedback... this is not a new idea. I would like my old format...before it was just a scroll down to view older mail , now I need to select pages?? This not an improvement..thank you

    I don't like the entire look of the new platform and the options of viewing emails are not any ones that I use. Stop trying to change things, give me back my classic version. This is NOT user friendly at all. I want the classic version back and not the basic one. I can't change the columns now and everything is in the wrong place for me, this is horrible.

    I am going to change service providers if this is not fixed. I have had AOL for over 40 years and I don't appreciate changes that mess with my productivity

    AOL changed stuff on my PC AOL. I hate the GOLD. Can you give me my old PC AOL back?????
    My e-mails that I had sent in color are black and white. They were single spaced and now they are double. It is truly a mess!!!!

    Either revert me back to classic or I will shut both email accounts down and use someone else

    I HATE, HATE, HATE this new format! Difficult to read, difficult to follow...I don't see anything that would be considered an improvement! Please give me the option of returning to the old format. Also...what in the world is "UserVoice"???

    This is absolutely NOT what my AOL eMail looked ike Yesterday. Nor does it BEHAVE like it did yesterday. You shoved your "new" version at me before and I refused it, and you let me revert to the old one. This time you shoved the "new" one at me AGAIN, and when I asked for the old one back you gave me something even less usable. I've had this account since 1992, and what I had WORKED. I want my messages to open in separate *new windows* NOT one window that is used for everything. I want the Old/Read Mail list *seperate* from the inbox. Not everyone is here on a goddamed phone. Stop pretending that computers with proper screens don't exist, and put back the old eMail format for those people who want it. Doing something right for 30 years is not something to be ashamed of..

    The AOL management will apparently be happy to lose a large email business base with this appalling 'New AOL Mail' setup.

    Basic is terrible and there is no way to go back to Classic. I may stop using AOL. Is anybody listening?

    PLEASE help.. When I indicate that I want to go back to the simple system Aol will not load on win 10 anymore for THAT account only i can no longer access my account from PC

    Your new format sucks. When I indicate that I want to go back to the system I used last week, it sends me to a format I don't recognize. I hate it. It seems like you WANT us to switch to another provider. Your idea of new and improved is NOT user friendly.

    This is not working. There are no settings. Font layout is difficult. This use to be my goto email, but now I avoid it. Need to go back to the original platform. Unless there were overwhelming complaints about the old one, this should not have been done.

    I've been an AOL subscriber for several years. I really don't like this new format, and it's made it impossible for me to select what I need to do with my inbox! I want it changed back. I have 4 other e-mails with AOL and those weren't changed. We should be given a choice and not just have it changed with our approval!!!!

    IF YOU ARENT GOING TO CHANGE IT BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS, I MAY AS WELL JUST USE GMAIL. AOL HAS RUINED BOTH YAHOO AND AOL... GOOD GOING AOL...CLEARLY BEING RUN BY GENIUSES THAT NEED TO BE LOCKED UP IN A PSYCH WARD!
