tis new version is NOT HELPFUL nor user friendly; I wish to return to the old format as soon as possible. Why are you, AOL making life difficult?, I seemingly cannot simply click on old email anymore???? Why??
As a very long standing user I am very put out...! Please correct me back to the old set up urgently. I agree with every other negative comment here

I liked the old version. I do not like this version at all. To put it nicely "This version is TERRIBLE !!!!" Please give me the choice to stay with the old version and please hurry.

What has happened to Aol email? its horrendous now please bring back the old style ASAP im already looking at alternatives and I've been with Aol for over 25 years

I have been a AOL supporter and stood behind the product for a very long time, but this action by you will break that tie!

I am logged in. I want the old system back. I need the old system back. This is awful!

I cannot accept this new version of AOL. If I can return to the version I was using earlier this week, I will be satisfied.
I signed up with AOL back in the 1990's, and have supported you since then with being a subscriber. This new AOL is unacceptable.

please please let me have the old version back - I simply can't work with this one. I have been with AOL for many many years and this is so awful. So much I can't do that I don't know where to begin. Please please give us the option of returning to the old AOL

I CANNOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO SEND ATTACHMENTS . AFTER I GET THE ATTACHMENT ATTACHED, I DON'T SEE HOW TO GET BACK TO THE SEND BUTTON. VERY FRUSTRATING. I LIKED THE OLD FORMAT MUCH BETTER.

You took away the calendar tab and now the website is just about unusable.

Worst mistake to change what worked just fine. Why must you constantly scramble how programs work just to look "contemporary" and be facinating to the 20 y/o's who change from day to day in every facet of their electronic lives. You did a grave disservice to older users like me who are perfectly satisfied with how it worked. So where is the search tab for emails? Why have the user stop at the bottom of a page of only 25 or so emails just to have to click to go to another page? Why put the email link on the opposite side of the screen from the actual link? If your decision makers are a sampling of the smartest AOL has working on their behalf, maybe it's time to jump to gmail and stay.

This is HORRIBLE! Like others, I'm wasting my time trying to figure out how to change things, but most CAN'T be changed! Overall it's horrible. Tried erasing Contacts and can only do them one at a time (I think it was always that way).
* I want to see email address, NOT name.
* Can't expand columns permantley.
* Replying to email I can hardly see what I need to see in that email so I can write reply.
* I do NOT want to see mail grouped by date.
* I want to sort my columns by header like it used to be.
* I switched to "old" version and the spacing is wide, I can't change it.
Don't know what AOL was thinking but this SUCKS big time.

I agree. I either have to switch to the new format which does not work as well as the old style or I can't have dark mode in the old style. Finding out information and changing your settings is made so hard that it's practically impossible.

Please switch me back to my old format - or I'll just cancel the service - this is no better than
gmail or yahoo format - it's junk
I use this for business...I have no time to mess around with this format - super inefficient

Well, I agreed with the people that have written indicating that this new version does not work. I have used AOL at my company for 20 some years. Now I cannot write and email quickly. I have to search my contact list for the person that I am emailing. WHY?? I also cannot print the attachments to my emails. When I go to print the email the attachments show up as little envelopes not the actual attachment. What good is that for reference when I am looking at the printed copy. If I want the attachment I have to print it separately on another sheet of paper instead of with the email. A waste of paper.
I also do not like that I can only see one page of emails at a time. I used to be able to scroll through them instead of having to go back up to the top and hit the page button. A waste of time.

This new version is inefficient, stupid, vulgar and does not correspond to anything that one liked about AOL. Please change back to the old format.

I want my old format back. Why are you copying gmail's format? If I wanted gmail, I would be using my gmail account. Let's go back to AOL format a ditch the gmail format clone.

Can we go back to the Basic Aol. PEASE

It appears to be a wiz-kids idea of how a portal works - which has gone terribly wrong - its not working for the users
can't add an email to a group email - the unsolicited advertising is a pain in the proverbial - and quite honestly a complete failure that has cost you millions to implement
As a user we had no choice in the matter I would suggest that you revert back to the old AOL right away before you loose thousands of users I can't reset to the old system so if not dealt with within the month of July then its Bye Bye AOL disappointed 0ver 25 yr user

Hate the new mail!!!!!!! Change back!!
