This new system is not working for me. Give me my old platform back. Settings to classic this is not my old format.

This new system is not working for me. Give me my old platform back. Settings to classic this is not my old format. It appears you really don't want feedback... this is not a new idea. I would like my old format...before it was just a scroll down to view older mail , now I need to select pages?? This not an improvement..thank you

    I am a 76 yr. old senior who is accustomed to using my previous Classic mailbox; I do not like the new mailbox changes. I have expressed this several times when you asked for feedback, but now it seems that you have even eliminated my choice to return to my Classic mailbox. It is confusing when old and new email is shown together; please allow people to choose which mailbox format they want. I am very disappointed with AOL!

    The new format is horrendous and useless. I haven't even got my old emails folder!

    They just lost their niche. I want the classic format back. Maybe you should offer long times users an option or chose.

    I agree totally. This new format (which is NOT the old classic) is a pain in the rear. It's even hard to find settings, and clicking on them and then having to click GO is absolutely another pain within a pain. Give people the option of changing back to the REAL classic format. Don't lie about this being it.

    The new format is terrible! I don't like it, I don't want it and if things do not come back to the way they were, I'll be leaving. I lost all of my saved places and can not recoveer them at all. I call for tech support and got the run-around. I was told that Saved Places is not done by AOL? Well, then why do you offer it. As soon a Verizon get's they fingers into the pie, it goes south. I know that because My Cell Phone is with them and so is my Landline and Internet!

    agree new system is not allowing sound notification s when new mail has come in and its extremely annoying. Preferred the classic setting and I am using AVG Goggle Chrome and AOL is not recognizing this as as Goggle Chrome and not allowing me to do any setting adjustments

    Absolutely horrendous, the changes are taking us backward. Now we have less control which makes it super hard to add contacts from the emails themselves, you have to scroll all the way to the top in order to delete an email. Worse, you have to waste time going from new email to old email just to find a recently opened message.
    Also, there is no way to keep a message new in order to stay in your new email box.
    Please, go back to our OLD and more EFFICIENT, AOL settings

    If it aint broke, don't fix it. There was no reason for this. This new platform is a bad idea and makes other providers look more enticing.

    With this new format I can't keep old and new emails separate, the delete button is in the wrong place, composing doesn't open in a new box neither does viewing an email. You can't switch between compose and received emails because neither are in separate boxes. This is not an improvement. It's a step back into the dark ages. Unless I can rturn to how it was I will be forced to use another email account with all the fiddle of letting everyone know. Please return to how it was.

    Hate the new way want my old way back to basic or way it was. cannot even get what i want maybe time for you to say goodbye after all these years first time i ever got mad at ya, stop it, please.

    OMG! Bad enough people make fun of me for using AOL, but this NEW Mail is Horrible! Cluttered Inbox for New Mail. Can't change Fonts or Font sizes, Attaching files is a major project! I've have stayed loyal to AOL because it was so user friendly. I even still use AOL for my work. Perhaps I need to rethink my loyalty! Bad move AOL. Did you peole forget that, and I'm guessing here, that a magority of your loyal users are older adults who are comfortable with the old format. Give us back the old format! I mean we will all probably be gone soon, anyway! LOL!

    I AM GOING CRAZY TRYING TO PIGGYBACK EMAILS TO SEVERAL PEOPLE AT A TIME THIS NEW FORMAT HAS GOT TO GO I CAN'T TAKE IT I HAVE BEEN AT THIS FOR HOURS AND CANNOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO USE AND DON'T GIVE ME THE STORY HOW EASY IT IS TO USE I WANT THE OLD ONE I WANT MY CONTROL BACK THIS IS INSANE I CAN'T EVEN DO MULTIPLE CONTACTS AT ONCE THIS HAS GOT TO GO

    I did not ask for any change in AOL email format. I do not like the changes they have made. I want the old format back.

    THIS NEW SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING FOR ME EITHER - I hate this new format and I hate the ADS you have just gone ahead and started putting into my email account even after I requested NOT to have any advertisements ...
