How can we improve AOL Mail?

Change it back to the old format

I do not like this new format and would like to have my old email settings back. This was not a good idea for AOL to change on us even though we didn't ask for the change.

    New format of little use compared to previous format I had yesterday - never asked if I wanted a change.

    I also do not like this format at all. If it stays, I'll probably switch to google. While I realizer Yahoo "owns" AOL, I never liked their format - husband has it - and now it's been "forced" on us.

    Please change it back. I already spend too much time reading/searching for email. Now that time has more than doubled because of the extra steps required. Awful program.

    It is so difficult to delete e-mails now! And multiple clicks required to move an e-mail to a folder!! Why did they roll this out without doing a beta version or did I miss something? I keep switching between the two versions offered now and they are both horrible. PLEASE let us go back to the old version of AOL. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!!

    I woke up to a totally different AOL mail screen. It is horrible! To not give us even a choice to revert back to what we are used to is riduculous!

    It is so refreshing to see that I am not the only one who totally DETESTS this new format and the fact that we were not asked if we wanted to change and that we apparently don't have the ability to change back ourselves. How to lose friends and clients, AOL - may have to look elsewhere.

    I hate the new email format. I used to be able to change it back but this last time I can't do it because there is no Options under my user name to select the format I want and there is no Menu on the left side for me to be able to change it back like I was able to before. I DO NOT like this new format and want the old format back!!!!!

    ILL CONCEIVED - POORLY DESIGNED - IDIOTIC - THOUGHTLESS

    Seriously?!?!? In what way is this new format better?

    Where is the OLD MAIL folder??? Why are all the new emails and those I want to "keep as new" mixed up with the stuff that I do not need to keep as new but choose not to delete? When I click to go back to the BASIC version it has also been changed.

    Does AOL seriously consider these changes to be in any way an intelligent design, or does AOL just change stuff to change it? Perhaps before you spend all the time and money designing **** that nearly EVERY ONE of your users hate, perhaps it would behoove you to check out the changes with the people who still bother to use you. AOL you F***ed this one up BIG TIME!

    J'ai 77 ans, je suis fidèle à AOL depuis 23 ans... Maintenant, je mets un temps fou pour prendre connaissance de mes mails.
    Remettez-moi l'ancienne version d'AOL Mail
