Can't Send Email To Cell Phone
With Old AOL Email I was able to send a text message to a cell phone. As an example: 2123222935@vtext.com (for Verizon). I also can't add an email contact either. Why not? And this is better, go figure!

Calendar won't print correctly since New AOL
Ever since the AOL "update" the calendar will not print correctly. It looks fine until I go to print preview. There you can see that the previous month and the next month are out of proportion and come down into the new calendar. I have chatted with your team and nothing they suggested helped! Please put the old calendar way back! Is anyone else having a problem with this?

I will go back to the classic version. I cannot make the column as I want, having the delete set to the extreme right is very annoying
Make the column moveable as it is with the classic version, very simple and easy to do , for now I do not see any improvment passing to the new version, thus I will stick to the classic one ...

How can the long listing of emails with the same word as the active email be prevented from listing when opening a single email that contains that word, subject or email address? Please advise.

Woke up today with a new folder in My Mail Folders called "Views". Don't want it/didn't ask for it/want to delete it . . . but can't!
Make additions like these optional - a simple "yes/no" click will do. OR an option to delete it altogether if it is dropped on me unsolicited!

not possible to open a word document in AOL!!!!! Feedback given several times. They will not change things. This is elementary.
I have to send emails to Outlook to be able to open a word attachment. Useless AOL. When will you catch up and do what people need?!!! Won't hold my breath!

Email used to go directly to "Old" file once I read it.
In the old version of AOL, once I opened and read an email it went directly to the "Old Mail" file when I closed it out. Now the email stays active in the "New Mail" file and I have to physically delete it. Am I missing some sort of setting to get it to automatically go to the old mail folder?

Gentleman: Really don't like the changes, I find the new contact list format to be a poor replacement--doesn't work well
Contact list not easy to use, doesn't pull up contacts with minimal info

This stupid new mail is so jumpy.
The page never stays at the top. Every time I respond to a message, it jumps and i click the wrong one and then it goes to the middle of the list of emails. It is too glitchy. Is there no one that actually tests these updates? It's driving me crazy!

Change for the sake of change is frustrating.
I don't like your new color schemes and I can't directly delete a mail without taking extra steps. Why do you have to change a system without adding any extra benefits. It just keeps your programmers busy. Maybe they should be let off.

too much space taken up by useless stuff at the top of each message
When I click on a message in my inbox and it expands to full size, the header info at the top of a message takes up 2.75 vertical inches (34%) of the 8 inch viewing window (on a 1920x1080 24" screen). It shows the web site of the "From" person and a Visit Site button, the "Subject" with a read/unread button, and then the web site again and the From/To/CC lines. Each of these 3 section is in its own white-space area with a horizontal border.
This stuff is useless to most people who now how to read a "Subj:"…
