  1. AOL still playing 'verification code' games with email

    Whether it be paid or free, AOL has no business messing with users' emails and 'verification code' which is never sent. Not a wonder users are dropping AOL.

  2. AOL. My mail contacts can't reach me due to this new format that is Horrendous! It sucks.

    This is horrendous how AOL screwed up our E-mail. I don't receive mail from subscriptions or Doctor visits notices on My Chart. What gives AOL the right to pick and choose what we receive in our mail by sorting it! This is pure ****, loosing communication through E-mails. I have used AOL since 1996. Time for a change.

  3. How is it appropriate to make people sign up for a subscription service when they want to remove 2FA?

    My phone was stolen from me over this weekend and I needed to remove 2FA. Turns out the only way to do this is by signing up for one of their premium services. Not only that, but they try and trick you into buying the most expensive service when doing so as well. I still think they made me get a more expensive one than I needed. Plus, from what it looks like, signing up online gives you a month free. I did not get access to that when doing so over the phone. This is extremely predatory, and it…

  4. Automatic REPLY opening

    It is VERY frustrating for every email I open, to automatically open in the REPLY mode. I do NOT want to reply to most email, I just want to READ them. Plus, when I want to PRINT one, it is VERY difficult to find that option when in the Reply location!!

  8. After sent mail please provide an option to always return to Inbox

    Right now I sometimes get returned to Today on AOL. That makes no sense, particularly if I am online to read and send multiple emails. I am aware that I can stop this behavior by disabling Sent Confirmation Page, but I'd prefer to leave that enabled to be sure the mail was sent.

  9. Forwarded Emails Are Enlarging

    Recipients of emails that I forward have pointed out that lots of these emails are arriving enlarged from their original sizes. This is especially true with flyers and other graphic displays. This recurring problem started about the same time as AOL Mail was "upgraded" about a month ago. How can this problem be fixed?

  11. Go back to old inbox, where I can SAVE AS NEW and find them immediately.

    I want to SAVE AS NEW IN MY INBOX, not have to search through past days. Your new method requires remembering when someone wrote to make any sense. Thank you.

  12. New system is inefficient, I am NOT getting my messages. The NEW system does not allow for saving a specific email. Font is NOT changeable

    i cannot change font size in particular email. I do NOT get all messgages sent to me. Messages deleted STILL APPEAR.

    NEW SYSTEM IS A STEP BACKWARD. WHAT MORON OKAYED THIS CHANGE? Bad more.

  16. new interface less convenient! it does not automatically delete emails on my computer

    The new interface is causing me more inconvenience! I don't like it. For instance... When I delete an email on my phone it does not automatically and instantly delete that same email on my computer like the old interface did. Now I have to sign-off and sign back on my computer to delete an email. Please bring that feature back!

  19. change my entry format...put date of entry back in, etc. I don't have a smart phone!!!

    You changed your format, and I'm not sure I like the choice I made, so can I try the other format? I think I made the wrong choice. I want a date in front of the entry, get rid of the box at the beginning of an entry...
    You gave two choice, and I believe I chose the wrong one. Please change me to the other one.
