Do NOT remove the email stationary
I noticed the email stationary is gone from the AOL app, it is also gone from Yahoo Mail as well. I am asking that you leave it alone on AOL Mail. It is a feature I use often and I am already very unhappy with the new webmail. If you take this away from me I will make the switch to Outlook.

adjustable field for incoming email address
I would like to have the ability to resize the incoming message fields. There are times when I want to see more of the email address and less of the subject

Dear AOL
You must have unlimited server space since you make it difficult for users to delete their mail in batches. I sort by sender in my INBOX, i filter by Bed Bath and Beyond, check the all box, to find out its pulling my saved mail as well. WHY. I just want to delete what is in my inbox by sender only. Please place attachments on the top again. On emails that get multiple replies you have to scroll all the way down to find the attachments instead of being on the top showing the most recent sent like before the updated look. really annoying This is a copy of someone else's idea. It expresses my sentiments exactly!

The New Update on AOL is not functional !
I WANT MY OLD AOL BACK. We do not like the new update--it's inefficient, takes twice as long to do something simple, Now my feed is filled with ads that require a click to close. Bring back the former.

Restore to Sent Box
I accidentally deleted an item from the sent folder and then found I could only restore it to either a dedicated folder or put it in the inbox (where it doesn't belong). I created a special folder, but it would have been nice to just be able to send it back from where it came from (the sent folder). The AOL Support team on X (formerly known as Twitter) says that it's working as intended.

I want to see the send-to email address NOT his cute alias
Used to be when I received email in my inbox I could not see the sender's email address--only his cute alias.
You have FIXED that--now I can see the sender's email address.
BUT--when I compose email and I enter the recipient's email address then THAT email address disappears and is replaced by the cute alias associated with that email address.
I want to SEE the email address that I am sending to.

sort by "newest on top" displays only a small subset of all emails in inbox
Only for my account, when emails are sorted by newest on top (the default), only a small subset of the emails are displayed.
The subset of emails is not just the latest ones but are spread out across multiple years.
If I reverse the sort to oldest on top, then all the emails show up.
This issue could be similar to issue ranked #325: What happened to all of the mail in my inbox?

STOP loading unread new mail. STOP IT!! I will load them for viewing when I want to view them.

Folder goes bold when new content arrives
I would like a folder to change to bold when there is new content in it. I thought this use to work, but now it definitely does not - is there some setting I can change?

When I select emails to mark them as Read or Unread, the selected emails after the desired action doesn't get deselected.

Please go back to the format when we list the email address of the addressee that it stays in their email address and not to their full name
When the last change happened to AOL Mail it changed how the "names" are listed for who we send email to. Instead of listing their email address (much, much more preferable) it changes it to the proper name. Please, please go back to the old format. Seeing the persons email address is so much more important than their proper name.

i want 24 hour clock for all time indications within AOL to match everthing/everybody else.
I want time on posted emails in 24 hour clock, not AM/PM to match everything else on my machine.

Make trash icon more visible, because if it's there somewhere, I sure don't see it!
I would like to be able to be able to clear the trash bin after spending lots of time permanently deleting old emails. How does one go about this? Why do I not see a trash icon so I can easily do this?
