stop blocking group emails sent from churchofjesuschrist.org
I belong to this church and I used to receive their group emails about activities and such. Now they are blocked by Yahoo. Please remove the filter that blocks them.

"Switch to Basic" button missing. New version slows computer and is harming my work
Allow users to switch back to basic. Especially when new version was not requested. New version uses too much memory and slows down my computer and harms my work.

I have to verify my credentials far too often.
AOL asks me far too often to verify my credentials. It asks me at least 2 times per week. I use the same devices to access my mail so I don’t understand why I need to verify my info so often.

I have to reboot my laptop after logging in because too much data is loaded and it crashes Chrome and ever other open program runs slower.
please reduce the amount of data you load when I login to https://mail.aol.com or allow me to turn off certain features.

new format
The new format is horrible. It hides the old mail, making it harder to find or notice. It shrinks windows that you view content in, and then prompts you to pay for an upgrade so you can view it again. I really regret trying the new format. There was no warning that this was irrevocable. Please offer the old format again.

can not even sign in on with the new aol mail
I can not sign in with the new aol email. Need to make the new aol mail backward compatible with old computers/slow connections so I can sign in like I did with the old email.

Options for different style fonts for writing emails.
There should be an option for different style fonts for writing emails. Also, block sender does not work, for me anyway - get vulgar, obscene emails every day, all day.

Supported characters
Please include apostrophes and hyphens as valid characters in user names as these are very often found in names. It's 2026, the internet is advanced enough where my name shouldn't be displaying as "O'Hare" on certain sections of the website.

Why do I need to re-enter my password with a new screen when it is already in my Firefox system permanently?
Please let me have my password automatically entered as it has been forever so that I don't have keep re-entering it on a separate screen page. Why did you suddenly change this today?

Where is the GIF button? AOL has offered the GIF button for years and, without notice to its customers it decides to remove it? That is an extremely shortsighted move. Please reinstate the GIF button. Thank you.
