GO BACK TO CLASSIC EMAIL
I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

Stop screwing around with what I like which is NOT the new format.

1000 comments? What do you do with the thousands that complained before?
If nothing else, get back the ability to sort by sender. With hundreds of spam messages and for regular maintenance, it is CRITICAL. -

My mom and grandmother have trouble using the new interface. Any chance we may have the option to switch back to the old UI in the future?

I absolutely hate your new format!
Will be leaving AOL... soon, unless it improves.
Too time consuming to email, correct, spell check... can see it sometimes other time, can't find. Just about everything does not work smoothly.
I HAVE BEEN WITH AOL SINCE IT STARTED! IT IS NOW A TOTAL MESS!

PUT ATTACHMENTS BACK AT THE TOP LIKE IN CLASSIC. BURIED AT THE BOTTOM, THEY ARE MISSED BY THE RECIPIENT. OFTEN THEY ARE AT THE BOTTOM OF A SERIES OF EMAILS AND EASILY MISSED.
THIS IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE.

You made the move to a new e-mail system and took what was a serviceable and reasonable system and made it a terrible system that is of much less value and much harder to use. The only good thing that you added was the Dark Mode. Everything else that you did make the browser based AOL e-mail system a third class system. The best thing that you could do if offer your customers the ability to go back to the e-mail system we had in March 2023, but keep the Dark Mode. II Think you would be shocked with how many people would move to that system. It would not surprise me if it was 80% or more. Whomever was the person or persons that made the decision to go to this new e-mail system had a brain **** and Bud Light moment. Really Dumb!!!!

I've just spent 2 hours trying to attach important papers to be sent and it won't bring up the attachment icon from the bottom. Put them back where they were. I hate the changes. I want the old system. It takes too long to learn the new system that I didn't ask for and didn't want.

Time and again I must re-retrieve emails that 'move to trash' when I don't delete them. If I receive a dozen emails and delete any one of them, one or more of the non-deleted emails also moves to trash. This has happened dozens of times lately and is so annoying I am tempted to move to another system. I've had AOL mail since the mid-1990s and this is by far the worst performance ever!

WHEN can we get the option to go back to the original look....since NO ONE asked us if we even wanted this new "look" in the first place...still, hate it. Please ....we all want it back. Take a look at your feedback: 49, yes 49 pages of complaints...yet nothing has changed.

You used to have a good variety of settings but now no holiday, change of seasons or fun one like before. bring them back!!!!!!!!!!

Now when I open an email the text occupies about 1/3 of the screen and every line extends outside the viewing area, underneath the box for ads on the right. I get it that you need to display ads but if I can't read the email there is no point.

RICHARD PEGRAM commented
At least put back the way attachments were, at the top of emails sent. Now, they are buried at the bottom of emails sent. I can't tell you how many people have told me they did not know there was an attachment. Especially if there has been a lot of emails back and forth when the attachment is finally sent. Whoever thought it was a good idea to bury attachments at the bottom needs to be fired.

It seems this whole feedback thing is a sham. AOL, in its arrogance, believes people will just get used to the new system like they did the old one. Who cares if it's substandard (they would never admit to that, anyway)? Who cares what our customers think, right? I truly doubt these topics, and their comments, are being read. And the votes: irrelevant, as far as they're concerned. We are all tiny insignificant voices screaming at a sleeping giant, snoring in all its arrogant, unconcerned glory. Content in its ignorance.
