Over 1100 complaints about the changes to AOL's email tool! WOW! Wake up AOL! Too many changes and they have made using it harder, more complicated!

Why are you doing this? I will also drop AOL if you do not give us back the email the way you had it....

I like a 2 step process which includes my cell phone number.

Go back to original AOL and leave it alone. OR offer two different AOL formats. Let the user chose.

AOL seems to have no intention of listening to user feedback. Remember they are owned by Yahoo and Yahoo has never cared about what users want. They have released many horrible webmail designs over the years. I want AOL Mail, not Yahoo Mail.

I want my old format back. Also stop charging me $6.99 for something I did not authorize. I specifically said NO!

I hate how attachments now show up in the e-mail messages. They are difficult to locate, particularly when there are several individuals working as a team to edit a document.

This is the most illogically laid out design I have ever come across. I was in the process of deleting old, un-needed emails, when all of sudden your new layout was forced on me. At the same time you now have increased my monthly fee and added MORE advertisements. This is most likely going to cause a large number of your clients to review and reconsider staying with AOL. Your development team really made a mistake with this new format.

Every time I'm typing a reply or mail, it deletes unexpectedly. It takes sometimes up to five times or more typing and copy/paste to finish and send (which I have to do quickly) before the email archives itself.

IF NOT BROKE, DONT FIX IT!

The formatting options suck. No point in trying to compose a business e-mail on this ****** system.
