    I absolutely hate your new format!

    Will be leaving AOL... soon, unless it improves.

    Too time consuming to email, correct, spell check... can see it sometimes other time, can't find. Just about everything does not work smoothly.

    I HAVE BEEN WITH AOL SINCE IT STARTED! IT IS NOW A TOTAL MESS!

    Your NEW EMAIL... WILL eventually cause me to LEAVE AOL!

    The operation of it is UNACCEPTABLE! I have been with AOL since its beginning... I will be leaving AOL.
    Is this clear enough communications!

  20. Your new format is close to dysfunctional. It takes too much time, to rapidly review all emails. GMAIL is much closer now!
