I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

    This new huge font is very difficult to read. I only see how to make the font larger, but not smaller. HELP!

    stop the email from choosing to open other emails...let me decide. Also stop the contact list from coming up when we want to use : CC or BC...I want to ask it to come up..only if i want it, I waste so much time trying to get rid of things this platform thinks it is streamlining for me. I really miss classic.

    NEVER had so many Spam emails in my "Inbox" with the Classic Email format. Let's have it re-instated PLEASE!!

    I started using Outlook to read my AOL email because I hate the font used in the new AOL.com mail system. I never used my Yahoo email address because I hated the presentation so much. At the very least AOL needs to create a theme called AOL Classic to give back the appearance of the old system.

    I have lost all emails - sent, saved, photos... I received notification on 10/29 that my account would be deleted if I didn't log in and update. I did so today, 10/30....all contents were deleted. How do I retrieve them?????

    AOL LOST ALL OF MY CONTACT INFORMATION.........

    You now have almost 1,000 complaints about the new AOL format. How many will it take for you to listen to your customers and return us to the original format??

    I am forever losing 'Keep as new' emails which I cannot afford to lose.
    Correct this or go back to the old version.

    I have used AOL for 25+ years and cannot continue on this form Please how do we switch back? I will need to go to another provider if I can't Many thanks

    Agree.
    I'm sick of that stupid pop up on the right hand side - that tells me who the email is from REALLY - I think that is absolutely obvious - I'm not stupid - it is in the email address the email is from.
    Its even more incredibly stupid that it pops up when you are deleting emails that you don't want.
    Just an absolute nuisance.

    I hate the new AOL Mail. Why can't new mail be retrived without a major headache. When deleting mail and you check which messesages need to be deleted, if you scroll for more messages the checked messages stay, only the check mark disappears, and I have to start over. Whatever 3rd grader tried to do this "improvement" needs to be demoted back to kindergarden!!!!
