Go back to the one we had before --- immediately.

Why change for the worse when you can change for the better by going back

Stop the Stupid and GO back to the original format,

GIVE ME BACK MY OLD EMAIL. LOST OVER 500 CONTACTS UNTIL I GET BACK THE OLD FORMAT

I hate the new so called "improved" new look emails. Loads of features have gone. It was handy to be able to have various emails at the bottom of the screen. now every time I change screen the window I was writing on goes to the draft folder. The contact list which before could be displayed according to categories has changed, It;s all one long list now. It is no longer possible to copy a email address to send to someone else from the address bar, before we could highlight and copy. What exactly has improved? Not to talk about the adverts which come in every time I open the inbox. NOT INTERESTED. Many of us do not like the new look , but AOL is not listening. WE WANT THE OLD FORMAT BACK !!!!

AOL new version- is terrible! Everyone I know who is using it hates it! You should make multiple deletions of contacts (in contact folder) possible, and not have to open up the contact and delete each one. I have 100's of old contacts. Attachments are easier to see on the top... if you have a 20 pg email chain, now you have scroll all the way down. Why would you do this, it is more time consuming and inefficient. When I write an email, I want to see right above that I have the attachment on the email before I send.

what happened to my search capability? where are my contact lists??? Why are you changing what was not broken?

You need to have more ads?... it's ok with me. But ..... Please, please, please stop separating my inbox ... it was fine the way it was. Put the ads on one side or another, top or bottom, give me a subscription option. Give me a CHOICE. Thanks

Mail back to classic, please

The new version of AOL mail is HORRIBLE.
AOL has really fallen down with this version.
I can not embed documents into the text of my email, and my recipients of my mail must scroll all the way down to the bottom to find my attachments.
That's one issue, but the other is very irritating when I log in to get to my email I am confronted with AOL spam and I struggle to get past it to my email. It is not intuitive how to do that.
A third issue is not being able to log into another AOL email account, without having to log out.

just go back to the old e mail this version is totally user unfriendly / E mails do not even display fully due to narrow width.

I've been put back once per my immediate request, only to find out you did it again and put me on this new MESS PUT ME BACK!!!!!!!!!!

... please change my account back to original setup ... much easier to navigate

Go BACK no one asked for your improvements (as you call them). My downloads are more difficult and attachments are more difficult. Get real go back.

I keep complaining but nothing is happening. HELP!

I am sick and tired of trying to figure out if the trailing message is going to be sent with my current message.

I go to my phone to see what my Draft looks like and then it gets so confusing and time-consuming. I have to ask myself, is this the real draft or is this the draft with or without changes? I cannot deal with the situation much longer. Piggy-backing of messages is confusing and needs to stop! As of Sept 1, I will find another method for email, if Classic Email does not return. This is the dumbest thing AOL could possibly do to those who have been subscribers for 40 years!!

Has anyone else noticed that they must have gotten rid of the original thread, it had well over a thousand comments about how everyone hates the new mail look. It seems like they also got rid of the generic message from them that read "We hear you"...
