Go BACK no one asked for your improvements (as you call them). My downloads are more difficult and attachments are more difficult. Get real go back.

I am sick and tired of trying to figure out if the trailing message is going to be sent with my current message.

I go to my phone to see what my Draft looks like and then it gets so confusing and time-consuming. I have to ask myself, is this the real draft or is this the draft with or without changes? I cannot deal with the situation much longer. Piggy-backing of messages is confusing and needs to stop! As of Sept 1, I will find another method for email, if Classic Email does not return. This is the dumbest thing AOL could possibly do to those who have been subscribers for 40 years!!

Has anyone else noticed that they must have gotten rid of the original thread, it had well over a thousand comments about how everyone hates the new mail look. It seems like they also got rid of the generic message from them that read "We hear you"...

I can't scroll past the fold of the page to read my emails.... making this version useless to me.

I will change to Gmail, if I can't get things at AOL back like they were. I use my phone now to send messages, so I can avoid the NEW email format. It's stupid to list all the previous emails when I'm sending something to the same person. It's confusing and a waste of effort. Don't mess with what works and keeps customers happy.

Cannot use the new formatt!! The return does not work and your messages look crapp! Go back to the old version which was much more user friendly. PLEASE

Older email I could access bcc with one click. Now it is a rigamarole of clicks
Get it put right ASAP

I am really disgusted with the new version of AOL which was imposed on me.
Unless I can have the Classic version back, I am exploring other options. Why would
you think of changing what works? Awful!!

i'm one step away from dumping AOL, which I've had since my first day on the internet. When I write an email, where is BOLD? Where is ITALICS?

OK!!--this is my 3rd attempt to post my comment---Why not allow some other company take over AOL and straighten it out for the sake of the thousands of customers (some of us paying) who are so upset that are probably going to sign off AOL. NOW anyway I can click on something to restore my previous email which I had until yesterday, but magically disappeared today.

i just want the previous email (that I had yesterday) . I don't want the ''STANDARD EMAIL'' that says
NOTHING HERE when I check in to my email for new mail, etc Why was i able to restore my previous email yesterday but not today.??
