simplify
I cannot make heads or tails of how to switch from my old PAID account to whatever new set up you have. I had ad free. I had all the bells and whistles. Now it's all gone, I'm still paying the fees and I cannot understand a darn thing. Please, make one page with all the options where account holders can just click on what they want or don't want. All these different pages and different go to things is slowing down the entire program. Please, just simplify. It's email, not a new, 3D adventure game.
Hi, we'd like to hear more about this issue. Could you please contact us at help.aol.com so we can look into it?

I need to get this message out. While I do not know what sadistic jollies someone gets from the new system. It is time to undo what you did to mess up the mail. I do twitter, I do not Facebook, Aol can just fix their mistake.

I would like to be able to mark messages as Important (usually with an exclamation point when delivered). I'd also like to be able to request Delivery and Read Receipts. Is this possible?

The format for the body of the email is horrible. In a string of emails that go back and forth between me and another person, it is difficult to find where I am supposed to type my response because it is not in a reasonable order. Really, whoever designed the new format is an idiot. Whoever approved it is also an idiot. Whoever tested it should have seen what a fiasco it is.

I am an architect and artist, your colors were great until some miserable creatures that knew nothing about color and value and tone limited them to faddish too light too dark colors. Put your ranges and the whole package you had back, it was a selling point for you. How stupid can you be!?!??!?!?!

I just knew that with all the dissatisfied and frustrated Aol users and all their comments on the drastic changes that none of you really care. You all probably sit back and laugh at all of us who plead and even beg to go back to the tried and true Aol. My wish when I sign in is that each and every one of you that made this stupid , uncaring drastic and unwanted change have an equal and just unwanted and uncaring event in your lives and see how it feels. Karma always comes home.

For some reason I can see all the images in the emails from random senders ive never seen before but I went to search for an old email from verizon and I found it except NONE of the images, many of which are NEEDED to actually know what the thing or link IS, were just that little broken picture box. There has always been an option to "see all images from this sender" or "do not block images from this sender" it was in small letters somewhere in all the emails and now i cant freaking find it anywhere!!! Where did it go!!??? If i want to see the dang images there is now NOTHING i can do about it yet i open other mail from companies or who knows what but Ive never heard of them or interacted with them b4 and all THEIR images are perfectly visible! What is going on!?
