inappropriate ads on webmail
I am getting inappropriate ads when I got to open my email on a browser

Don't push your political values on me. just report without bias. I am very capable of making those decisions for myself. If prefer to keep to your path please let me know so, I may cancel my 25 year plus subscrition.

Stop the ED ads. It is not proper for sex ads on this site.

GO BACK TO OLD FORMAT - The 'Reply' tab is at the bottom of the email being read, thus more key strokes.
Return to Old format as it is much more user friendly.

When I log out, could you please stop with the pro-Biden advertisements? AOL shouldn't be trying to influence voters. Let US choose.
It's not your place to be pushing anyone's political agenda. AOL has users that belong to both parties, and probably even independent political parties, as well. It's unethical to keep forcing the left's rhetoric on us when perhaps some of us don't agree with their stance on all of the issues. What about equal time laws? I don't want to see ANY politics, but if I have to see Biden, I should be seeing Trump, too. Thus far, the score is Biden 2, Trump 0.

You can improve AOL MAIL by going back to the former format.
When I went to check my E_MAILS early Wed. 5/24/23 the new format came on. I opened my inbox and when I tried to either open or delete messages a box appeared to leave site a page came on with a decryptfailed page or ads came on. I tried all day Wed. and till noon on Thurs. I then called tech support and tried to fix the problem for 1 and a half hours. After not being able to rectify the problem it was suggested to me to send my feedback. Hopefully you can fix the problem or go back…

The new font in AOL Mail is very difficult to read.
I went to my AOL mailbox today on a web browser and found that AOL has changed the font for the entire mailbox display to something that is very light, wispy and with serif. It is very hard to read. Yes, I could make it bigger, but the design of this font has poor legibility. It looks like something printed with insufficient ink. Please bring back the old font.

Give us a whitelist
I'm tired of pulling the same friendly senders out of the Spam folder, and your system doesn't learn when I keep marking them "Not spam." Time to join the 21st century.
377th rankedIf you mark a message Not Spam using one of our clients once, that sender will no longer land in the Spam folder. Is there a chance you're using a 3rd party app - perhaps one with its own filters?

Block emails starting with new-offer
Block all emails starting with new-offer. I have received 100's and 100's of spam emails, all with different endings, but all starting with new-offer. I don't receive any of these spam emails in Gmail, but 1000's in AOL. Please do a better job of vetting out the garbage.

Hey AOL, did you get the message yet?
Still awful. PLEASE just go back to what we all want or give us the option to use the old version. The new layout here doesn't take getting used to, it's just bad and wasn't necessary. @AOL, do better by going back to what already worked.

More steps to do the same thing is NOT an improvement.
Having things on the bottom and the top is NOT convenient. Having to search instead of scrolling to find the folder to put your emails in is NOT faster or user friendly. Having the send button on the bottom stinks. I liked everything across the top, easy to see and use. This format is atrocious.

Move or eliminate banner with 5 icons
There is a banner with 5 icons, Contacts, Calendar, Notepad, Questions, Settings. How do I move or eliminate the banner & icons. The purpose is to free up the space to the right of the email in-tray of incoming emails and provide a wider view of the emails to manage more easily.
