    Go back to classic. Have you actually tried to use the new email on an Android phone? Its horrible. Whoever designed it should be fired immediately.

  2. Put back "Relevance" selection in mail seach function

    Years ago you totally messed up the mail search function. The only good thing left was the "Relevance" in search selection but now you have removed it as well. This makes no sense so please put it back.

  4. Why in the world would you send good emails into spam?

    Why would put an email into spam folder from a sender to which I already sent an email? I honestly missed an important email because Aol made it go into the spam folder.

  9. Spam list suddenly has long list of spam every day. Why?

    Today is Feb 25 2025 and the spam has again gotten bad. Why am I seeing spam that obviously should have been deleted to begin with but is showing up in my spam folder. Just a week ago there was none for many many months. Apparently something bad happened to the spam system. Very annoying to even read some of those subject lines. This just started a week ago. It is filtering into the spam folder, thankfully. But -- this was not happening just a week ago! Please please please fix it !

  10. downloading emails in bulk

    If I could download emails in bulk, preferably as .pdf file, then I could clean up my emails. Doing the one-by-one is painfully slow when there are hundreds accumulated over time. I want to save them on an external drive but have no efficient means. Perhaps there an app you can recommend if this is not a feature AOL is willing to add.

  14. Remove that top-line ad in email inbox list.

    The top-line/moving ad causes me to routinely delete the wrong emails in my inbox - driving me crazy. I've no doubt missed important emails. What an awful place to force an ad. Do you really mean to irritate us every time we try to read mail?

  15. Circular Icons with Initials in Front of Addressee's Email Addressess

    Is there a way to prevent the circular icons with colored initials in front of addressee's email addresses when preparing emails to be sent? The time it takes for all of these icons to render severely slows down the time it takes for email addresses to appear. This is especially undesirable when preparing emails for multiple recipients. Please advise. Thank you.

    Many netizens avoid social media accounts, such as Facebook. AOL support representatives should work with AOL.mail users within the AOL domain with already registered and known AOL email addresses. Posting an AOL email address on Facebook is not possible without a Facebook Account. Please reconsider and modify your request.

    member has been saving a composed mail and after she saved it, some contents of the mail she composed was not showing anymore. only the first line of the mail she composed was showing. during the session ts;

    1. used a different browser ( from edge to google )
    2. cleared cached and cookies
    3. refreshed the computer
    4. changed the viewing settings into unified
    5. used incognito window and opened the mail ( same results)
    6. checked the highlighted colors from white to black ( same results )
    7. log out and log back in after clearing the cache and browsing history of…
