More poor corporate decisions
The new mail system is a POS. It's slower, poorly organized, and it's an example of people making poor decisions. Add off-shore programming and you have a sure-fire garbage system. Bring back the old system. It was quicker, organized, and user friendly.

not a fan of the new AOL appearance. ALL!!! of my emails show up as "read". I can't tell what I have read or haven't read.
Change back to the original format of where unread emails are in dark black to keep them separated from what has been read

ADD DELETE CONTACTS
Deleting cached emails is impossible. Editing the contacts to remove is an overbearing process of click after click. I have a quarter of a century of emails, most of which I don't want in my contacts. Can you add a check box next to each for rapid selection and deletion? Anything would be better than the way it is now.

Repair App Specific Password generator. Without it we can't use 3rd party email clients like Thunderbird.

2-step login verification repeatedly fails with "Invalid barcode..." notice via Microsoft and Google authenticator apps on my iPhone.
Provide valid QR codes for 2-step login verification by Microsoft and Google authenticator apps on iPhone. Both apps repeatedly report "Invalid barcode..." so only effective recourse is to request 2-factor verification code via email to a non-AOL account... and with no permanant "trusting" of my current login device -- in this case a Windows 11 PC.

AOL sign-in not working
AOL needs programmers, not coders, to debug the sign-in when one's notification account is at Yahoo. Got a dead lock. If you don't know what that is asked a member of the staff that "programmed" Tandem computers. Also check with an old timer that has a Netscape account that now requires AOL.
Some staff members must be eating the cookies, instead of maintaining them.

INCREASE THE SIZE OF ATTACHMENTS
increasing the size of attachments is essential, 25 MB like the old AOL is not much.The size should be increased between 75-100 MB

I Hate Sign In Code
I hate having to get a new sign in code. This time I had to ask for it to be resent 3 times, then tried another method. I really hate this. It just wastes my time.
AOL used to be the best email format. Now I am using Comcast more and more. I don't like the new look and I don't like having to get a sign in code.
