Bring back the old e-mail. Just had a blank window that said that I have nothing to see here while it showed 9 new e-mails.
BRING BACK OLD EMAIL AND GIVE ME A CHOICE WHICH ONE TO USE LIKE IT USED TO BE.

where is send button
I usually cannot find the send button on the new AOL. This is absurd. If you wish to improve AOL as stated above then revert to the classic AOL, the one that existed before the big improvement.
After all these decades I am going to have to give up AOL mail and switch to Gmail. AOL is unreliable (can't send messages) and therefore useless.

Add 'Mark as Read' in Block Senders Pop Up
In the Block Senders Popup, below the listing of senders, there are two check boxes. 'Block all future emails' and 'Delete all existing emails'. Can you add a third checkbox labeled 'Mark selected emails as read'? This would take the emails selected and just simply mark them as read. The scenario I use this for the most is, I don't always want to delete the emails, but I definitely want to block future emails and mark the current ones as read. Be nice to do it in one motion.

Email shouldn't be a hassle. AOL's attempt to get my nonexistent cellphone number is a pain in the butt.
I'm all for email security, but once reading your emails becomes a pain in the butt it's gone too far. AOL's security prompt's are clearly a way to get my nonexistent cellphone number - they tell you this in the fine print. Stop the phishing AOL. How about allowing up to 40 character passwords? AOL was my first email address and is still my main email address but if it becomes a pain in the butt I'll have to change to a non pain in the butt site.

E-mail and Lists.
Stay out of my address book. You have fixed it so I cannot erase or
add to my own mail on line. I am perfectly capable of doing it myself.
You manage to find me for ads, but not to add my own new people.
I spent over an hour last night trying to go through all the steps of
updating what should have and used to be done on the send page of

It's been months and I'm still not accustomed to this stupid new email system.
The old AOL was vastly superior.

need to have the ability to change the size of the words
I need to be able to change the size of the letters/words so that I can read my emails. I have to print all my pages because I can't' see what it says. In settings thee is a place for it but I moved the button and it did absolutely nothing. There should be sizes there so that you can adjust the size easily.

scroll post with keyboard
I USED to be able to scroll an email using the 'Space' bar. Now you do not allow ANY keyboard input to page through an email! I have to click the email, then move the arrow down and right to the vertical scroll bar, THEN click to page down - NOT as convenient!

Show the full email address in new mail to be able to identify spam before opening
Show the full email address in new mail to be able to identify spam before opening. Currently, we do not see enough of the email address to determine if it is legitimate or spam email. This seems like a “no brainer” but, yet, AOL has not figured it out yet. At least with the old AOL mail, we were able to adjust heading widths to our liking. That feature is gone! Why?

The new version is very very bad.It make things you never order to do! Please go back to the old version!!
It automatically marks emails as readed, although I never order to do that. When you mark it as new, it does not appear at once and I wonder, is it gone forever? After a while it appears suddenly...

Customer Service Tech is non existant unless you pay...
I just called for technical support and after what I thought was a great conversation with this customer service representative, she then proceeded to tell me the only way she could help me was with getting a paid service. I cant believe that. Im having a problem that is on AOL and I have to pay to have it rectified?! I've been using AOL for 20+ years and I've been adamant about staying with them but now I'll be leaving. This is a shame.

MAKE IT POSSIBLE TO FORWARD INCOMING AOL EMAILS TO ANOTHER PLATFORM
It seems that every other email service allows their incoming emails to be forwarded to another email account. (Example: I want to be able to have one of our old, mostly un-used AOL emails for our nonprofit forwarded to a gmail that we do use, so we won't miss any emails that happen to come in.) Please.

Move the trash/delete icon back over to the left
Recently you moved the trash can button for each email into a column allllllll the way to the right, which makes it really hard to track which email I'm clicking on to delete. Just move it back to the left where it was. The most important thing to see when trying to delete emails is the SENDER, so why you would move any button to to interact with an email away from that information is beyond me, but it's obnoxious.

Printing Options
You cannot print an individual email from AOL mail when it is part of a thread. The other emails encroach on the page you are trying to print. After seeking AOL advice, I was told to make a PDF and edit!!! Not good and wasting my time. Can you look into issue.
