  1. AOL Mail not working with Gmailify -- bad certificate issued on July 29, 2025

    Gmailify for AOL is not working as of 7-29-25

    To AOL: You deployed the wrong certificate on top of the AOL API authentication endpoint. While you may be able to move past it in specific browsers, nothing is going to work until they correct the certificate. The certificate name is mismatched to the domain being used, and the certificate was created on July 29, 2025.

  2. Filter for spam it is not working

    The last few days all I am getting in my mail is a ton of spam emails, is your filter not working???? Pls fix. I like the classic layout the best as it is easier to see and move around in.

  4. make it easy to link accounts. AOL will not link with my gmail and I'm upset

  8. The Sent Mails from August- December 4 morning are Missing

    We tried to recover the account by resetting the mail settings and still the sent mails from August- December 4 morning was missing.

    Sent e-mails have disappeared from my "Sent" folder without me having deleted any of them.

  15. AOL app has not worked since 3 Sep 2025, cleared cache, reinstalled app, still NOT working

    Please fix whatever got messed up 3 Sep 2025. Got signed in, but could not send email or read new email. Cleared cache, reinstalled app, AOL app still NOT working.
    Thank goodness I can still sign in and check / send email via the web-site most days - at the moment, at least. Though the web-site does not always work, either.

  17. I really dislike not being able to see allinformation on emails in inbox and all lables for folders.

    I really dislike not being able to see read emails I leave in my inbox and some of my folder, the folders are still there but you don't know exactly where, and must guess what they are.

  18. Harassment-constant nagging for password, rejecting the correct password

    Since 11/7 AOL mail screen changed. Also, every time I tried to check email, you asking for password. Sometimes, even the correct password is deemed as incorrect. This is not a common business practice. This ia a harassment as email should be accessible on Iphone as it was for years. In addition, I consider popups asking whether to translate to another language as racial harassment. I use English in Aol mail for years and if you have problem with American citizens born elsewhere, this is fascism. FIX IT before I complain about AOL racism and fascism.

  19. Provide support.

    One account logs in & plays nicely w/ T-bird on desktop. The 2nd one doesn't work at all. Historically, both worked.
    On new Samsung phone POP servers are refused connection to both AOL accounts.
    Online support directed me to phone support. Phone support refused to assist unless I bought some subscription service. Just a crass upselling scheme.

  20. Loss Of Newsletters

    I subscribe to a number of newsletters and they have not been showing up in my Inbox. There are two Newsletters in particular that I have received on Saturday that I have not received in at least 1 month. I have contacted the Newsletter publisher and they say they are being sent to my AOL email address. I checked my Spam list and the publisher's email are not amongst them. Why is AOL deleting them instead of passing them on to me?
