  1. Stop the auto movement to old mail

    The mail in my mailbox disappears when I exit AOL. I then fine it in old email even though I have marked it as New Mail.

    Why does this happen?????

    My trash icon is gone. Where is it . It is not on the left hand side with inbox, sent, archive, folders

  3. No synchronization between iPhone mail and webpage mail

    When I read, delete or respond to an email from my iPhone (not AOL app), it doesn't update on the web mail page so I have to process each email twice - once on iPhone and once on web mail page. How can I get them syncronized?

  6. Functional Calendar

    Please update AOL software to allow send a calendar invite where I can invite people like you see in Outlook and Gmail. I am at the point of importing my AOL account into Gmail. I need a functional calendar. I have been an AOL member for years and I am sure I will continue unless this software is improved.

    The old mail only stays in the folder for a day or two and disappears. How can I get my old mail to stay in the folder at least one month? Thank you

    I'm having to delete email multiple times, and email I have opened are still showing as "new." There is nothing good about the new AOL Mail. Please give us the option to revert to the old version. You have successfully created "New Coke" when NO ONE was asking for it. Please, give us "Classic Coke" (and Classic AOL Mail) back.

  13. post a generic notice when your email is down so we dont waste 4 hours trying to access emails

    You could post a generic notice over social media that says, STOP TRYING TO ACCESS YOUR EMAILS, its buggered, we are on it......Then at least users wont waste hours trying to access their emails, and if it happens again we have the option to choose a new provider, like I am going to ( gmail )

  17. Secondary message page

    Go back to the original e-mail. This still sucks. It appears though that all the complaints have gone on to long and are being ignored. At least get rid of the 2nd message list page while your dragging your feet. If I click on an e-mail, I want to go to the message immediately! I don't like having a second message window pop up then needing to click on the message a 2nd time to get to it. Stupid

    There is a specific email format that the member is receiving from a specific sender that doesn't allow our member to see the full content of the email itself and he needs to use the scroll bar at the bottom just to see the whole and also when the member tries print it the email only shows what's on the screen
