Fix AOL so I can get Informed Delivery Emails again
I HAVE WORKED WITH USPS TECH SUPPORT. THE ISSUE IS ON AOL SIDE.
I have 3 AOL email accounts. In March 2023 my informed delivery emails from the USPS stopped being received in all 3 of my AOL email accounts.. They did NOT go to SPAM or BLOCKED. I had been receiving them for years & then they stopped at all 3 of my AOL accounts.
So I created a gmail account & immediately began getting the emails.
WHY WON’T AOL ALLOW these emails. I talked to tech support at USPS. After about an hour of troubleshooting, they advised me…

technical issue - can't scroll down to click on blue to add contact when adding a contact - needs fixing!

you changed (updated) my AOL account and ALL my sent mail, saved mail, folders have DISAPPEARED!!! HOW DO I RECOVER THEM???

Error in restoring email contacts
Whenever we initiate email contact restoration, the restore button is not clickable and when composing an email the autofill is not enabled as well.

Your requirement to verify it's me requires me to have two computers to get my other email.
When I log in on the first email I'm stuck with that email. I don't phucking TEXT

i asked for help and got nowhere....when i use the search to find old emails it returns with ones i sent only. Never show ones i received

filters not showing
I created filters to move some spam emails to trash automatically. Now all my mail is being moved to trash and when I go to look at my filters it is showing that there aren't any filters so it looks like I have no way to fix it.

My iPhone mail app can’t open old sent email. Why did this start happening????everything WAS fine. Until recently. It had been fine the way it was. What did you do to cause this??? And u need to let everyone see your replies to issues. It’s useless to post issues if you don’t let others see the resolutions.

For over 30 years I have used my E-mail daily. Last year all of my saved e-mails have vanished.That has complicated life extremely. Couldn't even find where to complain.

Two-step verification as a choice not a requirement!!!
Although I have two-step verification turned off, you insist on it anyway. I'm the only person using my device, I'm old, I live alone. There is not way to change this so I get angry every time I have to go online.

I have been having the following issue at least six months plus: As I'm reading an older Email (two days or older), within a minute the Email I was reading disappears. I then have to find the Email by doing a search or go to the "read" Emails to find recover it. I then have to click "unread" so I have enough time to read, especially if it's an article, magazine, newspaper, etc. This is time consuming, especially if I didn't remember the date the Email was sent.
