  1. Signing up for email failed due to lousy service CANCEL EMAIL

    Improve instructions for setting up email account or fix whatever caused failure for me. I successfully set up one with mail.com instead with none of the attendant problems with AOL. CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AND ALL THE INFORMATION ATTENDANT . THANK YOU

  2. Why did you change everyone's emails?!

    AOL has locked myself and many others out of their accounts. I have tried talking to customer service but they don't understand it. If your users sign up for example.com using email@aol.com and then you guys suddenly change it to email@aim.com, you locked those users out of example.com. I have been pulling my hair out trying to prove my identity to these sites that have my aol.com email. I want to change my email to a service that actually cares about its users and doesn't charge a fee for customer support. Why do I need to pay for customer…

  3. stay signed in issue

    Changing passwords but every time that I logged out, it was saying invalid password which shouldn't be happening since it was working when I first changed it. Have tried to clear caches and cookies and clicked stay signed in on the login page but it doesn't working.

  4. Emails disappear while being read

    On Firefox, if Inbox filter is set to 'Unread', when I open an email and start reading it it disappears from the screen a few minutes later while I am reading it. Clearly the system has recategorised it as 'read' and now removes it from the displayed emails, even though I am reading it at the time.

  7. Emails take forever to open up.

    AOL mail takes forever to open up the email..Maybe need to work on that..Also the mobile version on some of the emails you need to put your phone in landscape mode just to be able to see the enitre email..

    Emails sent to myself and BCC recipients arrives in the New Mail windows but fail to arrive in the Sent Mail window. Please advise.

    Despite having two step verification turned off I am blighted by it signing in. STOP.
    I do not want it NOW or in the future.
    Also please look at the accessibility impact in this intrusion. Two step is not for everyone and I do not want it

  14. What the heck is going on now?

    Your e-mail is not working again. We cannot search mail to find older e-mails. There is only about a month or two of e-mails available unless they are in a mail folder. What the heck is going on? I have complained about this kind of issue in the past along with many other issues that I and many others have with your e-mail system. Listen to your customers and fix the darn e-mail system to something that is valued. What you have n ow has limited value.

  16. Important emails i was moving to a folder have disappeared/deleted?. how can i "undo"

    how can I undo a "move to folder"? some really important emails have disappeared when i tried to move them to their dedicated folder. i have searched every folder - no sign of them. they include received and sent emails.

    I DO NOT want to trype 'aol' in my search bar and ALL MY AOL EMAILS POP RIGHT UP - thanks for giving scammers all that information I'm sure it helps them - al they have to do is figure out the password-they already have the email account name bc you gave it to them - STOP IT TAKE THAT FEATURE DOWN its unbelieveable that you would expose my privacy like that

  18. turning off 2nd ID for email.

    Why can I not turn off the second ID for my own pc. I am 73 and do not carry extra equipment with me when I want to sign into my email.
