WTF mail typing
Why does it repeatedsly DUMP all my work??????
FURIOUS right now!!!I have had to repeatedly re type a detailed email so far three times.|
For no reason it dumps ALL my work and starts out with a blank cursor

All The Email Content Some How does Forward Correctly. No One Sees What I See
I want to share good stuff to another person, but they don't receive the complete format I first received. It does that when I send Youtube addresses or just an email I want to forward. It is usless to send my friends anything.

Ban Audio Ads
Every time I open my email at AOL-- which is perhaps a hundreds times a day-- I am now being forced to listen to an audio of an ad-- the same ad each time- which cannot be located nor turned off and wasn't clicked on. This is extremely annoying. Please stop this immediately.

Search SPAM
I cannot figure out how to search (using the Search bar) my SPAM box. It appears that every other folder is searchable, but SPAM is not. Is this an oversight or by design.

blocked addresses
Blocked addresses are listed alphabetically, that means that old addresses and new addresses are mixed together in one list. With a maximum of 1000 addresses, when I delete say 100 addresses to make room for more new ones, I also delete current addresses that are currently filling my inbox. Please allow AOL users to sort the blocked addresses alphabetically AND by date. This will allow AOL users to keep the most recent blocked addresses while reducing the blocked address total below the 1000 maximum. Also, would it be possible to allow deleting a group of blocked addresses, say all blocked…

Get rid of the tabs that open after clicking on email please.
When I click on an email, the right side opens up to add contact & I do not like this. I preferred the stacking of add to contacts, calendar, etc.

block more senders from my spam mailbox. Currently I can only block certain emails from spam.
I would like to be able to block all spam. Why am I not able to block all spam mail? Sometimes I get repeated spam and can only delete and not block.

AOL IS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. THEY ARE NASTY! THE PEOPLE THEY HAVE WORKING THERE ARE HORRIBLE AND NO HELP AT ALL.
I would try giving the few people who still use aol some actual help when you service is NOT functioning. I bet you guys do this on purpose in order to get your customers to pay money. Since we have had no support from aol we are working on recovering our emails and switching to Gmail. Good job aol.
