Maybe publish clear instructions for how to load Verizon email into email app for android?
AOL sucks. No getting around that. Why is it so hard to put my Verizon email on a new phone?

AOL mail extremely buggy
My elderly not tech savvy mother has been having nothing but trouble with getting her email. Informed Delivery has stopped coming to her all together. YES, IT'S BEEN ADDED TO HER CONTACTS! NO IT'S NOT ON THE STUPID BLOCK LIST! She had an entire year of IMPORTANT emails mysteriously disappear -- NO SHE DID NOT DELETE THEM!!! Random emails are sent to the trash instead of the inbox. NO SHE DOESN'T USE FILTERS!!! I HAVE NEVER SET UP ANY FILTERS FOR HER EXCEPT FOR SPAM, SO DON'T TELL US TO CHECK THE FILTERS OR THE BLOCK LIST! Fix this ****…

My account was hacked and my p/w changed. Also there was a What’s App account, that I did not open, listed as one of my verification choices
My account was hacked and my p/w changed. Also there was a third verification option listed, WhatsApp, that I did not open. I changed my password. I need AOL to remove the WhatsApp option that is identity theft. I did not create a WhatsApp account. Thank you

Go back to classic email
Even if I do not read an email, once it shows up in the preview section on the left, it often disappears. This happens as I am trying to delete individual unwanted messages. I cannot find the missed message in my "old mail" or "deleted" lists. I have missed some importnant emails because of this.

lines on the left when forward or reply
WHY ARE YOU IGNORING ALL THE REQUESTS FROM ALL THE USERS WHO ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE STUPID LINES DOWN THE LEFT SIDE OF EVERY REPLY OR FORWARD???????? cannot receive emails that has a link
issue : cannot receive emails with a link in its content. there wasnt any changes that has been made on the account prior to the issue . can still received emails that doesnt contains a links. but some of the emails that contains advertisement links goes through. there wasn't any other filters that can cause this on the account.
device : windows 11 / google chrome .

blocking subscriptions
Why do you keep blocking emails from people in my contact list ? I subscribe the newsletter to a different email address and so you block them on the new email. It is not in spam. Why is you algorithm doing this ? You want people to use your email and you are doing everything to chase them away

VERIFICATION OF E-MAIL ACCOUNTS VIA LAPSED PRE-PAID MOBILE PHONE NUMBER
AOL needs an alternative method for verifying accounts that have lapsed prepaid phone numbers. My current Tracfone number wasn't renewed within 60 days and was issued to someone else.
AOL needs to have an alternate e-mail request or reqiurement land line when creating new e-mail accounts.
Now my e-mail account asks for my old prepaid number and the help desk is asking for an upgrade to premium service wich should not be the case.
One possibility is verification with ISP number in that are there any other accounts that hve been created using the same ISP number.
