Traveling abroad- AOL personal verification code since I do not have phone service to get code.
AOL code verification abroad blocks my access since I do not have phone service to get the code. Cruisers check email in ports since they cannot afford phone/internet service. AOL does not give a shiff blocking our access. Maybe providing option to use personal code instead the phone code, would solve this problem? It can be tragic if we cannot get important messages because of AOL courtesy.

Although it is possible that my problems with my aol email are primarily due to the age of my computer, it is not by complete coincidence that I had no problems before you changed your email a few months back, and I have had many ongoing problems ever since - and ONLY on AOL email. There must be SOMETHING you can do to remedy the situation, and I, a customer of yours since the 90's, would appreciate knowing that you actually gave this your true consideration at the HIGHEST LEVELS. how to sort spam folder in order of sender?
composed email recipient drop down list doesn't always show all the names in my contact list! I have to go to contacts and click the name to start a new email to them. If this occurs because I clicked the "x" to remove a recipient in the TO box of a new email, please tell me how to get it back to being shown on the drop down list when I type the name in the TO box. Thank you.
