  3. Download contacts to CSV file is not working. Problem on AOL's end

  4. Font size, color and type settings please!

    We used to be able to SET or font size, color and type in settings. Right now I can only set size and type BUT it keeps defaulting to TINY when I set it in settings to MEDIUM. Please address this as I cannot read that TINY size well.

  8. Get rid of the tabs that open after clicking on email please.

    When I click on an email, the right side opens up to add contact & I do not like this. I preferred the stacking of add to contacts, calendar, etc.

  12. AOL IS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. THEY ARE NASTY! THE PEOPLE THEY HAVE WORKING THERE ARE HORRIBLE AND NO HELP AT ALL.

    I would try giving the few people who still use aol some actual help when you service is NOT functioning. I bet you guys do this on purpose in order to get your customers to pay money. Since we have had no support from aol we are working on recovering our emails and switching to Gmail. Good job aol.

  13. Can't respond to your email request because I don't use X or Facebook.

    It's too difficult to give feedback. AOL responded to a post I entered here with a request that I contact you via X or FB, but I'm not on them.
    Also, I don't want to pay to speak to an agent bc of a problem on your end.

  14. Various "Star" colors

    Please allow for different "Star" colors I may star a message that may be regarding one topic - vacation versus another msg for a book publication. Since a star is only one color I can't filter out just the starred messages regarding one topic.

  16. Content of Saved Emails Disappears

    The body content of saved emails disappears upon sending, even though the content displays at the time of sending. Please fix this deceptive fault with the new AOL mail.

  17. Body of Saved Emails Disappearing Upon Sending

    The new AOL Mail continues to delete/remove the content of emails that have been saved before mailing when the email is sent. This occurs despite the body of the email displaying at the time of sending. Please fix this deceptive process.

  19. Sorting By Subject

    In basic mail, it's possible to sort the emails by subject. You need to put that back. I get alot of notifications from FFN.com, and need to be able to sort them that way, so that I can delete the duplicate ones.
