Go Back to classic!
I have looked for other places to go to, because you won't let us go back to classic. Or because you have not taken the best from classic and combined it with the best from the new. Frankly, you have just switched over to Yahoo in my opinion. There is nothing new about Aol. The only thing really good about Yahoo is the background and the calendar. I am searching right now for another email provider.

I need someone with authority to help me.
need someone with authority to help me. I have been on chat several times and on a lengthy phone call. I can not pull up my account information. Me debit card will be expiring soon and I can't get into my account.

The text is too small, even with the large text enabled.
You should have an option to zoom to the size text that is most comfortable for you.

Stop using a secondary validation code before I can get into my e-mail
If you think my e-mail needs more security (I don't). We can create a secondary password. to use after my first password. Requesting and getting a validation code on a cell phone is a pain.

So much spam have to select all and delete twice
So much spam I have to 'select all' and delete twice. AOL will do absolutely nothing about it and their blocking option stinks. Does not work on spam., Time to move to a decent mail platform that doesn't bombard you with spam, place spam in new mail and legitimate new mail in spam. Also, recurring calendar reminders not working as usual.

How serious do you take suggestions? How difficult would it be to let us delete all blocked email at once?
Why won't you allow us to be able to delete all blocked emails at once instead of one by one? How difficult is that for you to do??? Just how serious do you take our suggestions? Are you just trying to annoy us?

Get rid of the pop-up ads
Get rid of ads when you open mail. I've dislikes the same ones over and over, and they keep coming back. Ive tried to opt out, but it only got rid of 15 of 48 locations.

It's absolutely critical that you allow re-allow wildcards to block spam mail and increase the number of blocks to 10,000 or more!

I pay AOL 14.99/month for email service. I could use Gmail for free and you want to charge me an additional 4.99/moth for add free service? Outrageous!

Pop up that shows an e-mail was deleted
When I select e-mails to be deleted, a box pops up on top saying I have selected X amount of e-mails to delete. In doing so, it blocks my "Delete" button so rather than just clicking "Delete" I have to X out the little pop up before I can actually delete it. Why does that pop up box come up blocking ones next options? That is a very poor design. That should either be removed completely (I don't need to be told how many items I selected to delete) or it should pop up on another portion of the screen…
