  1. Can Not Leave News Comments.

    You are owned by Yahoo. I go to the News Page on AOL run by Yahoo. For the past Three or More years I have been Blocked from leaving Any Comments . For example, if I leave a comment like, " What's Up ?"... within 2 minutes it is Blocked & taken down. The ONLY time I have ever used Foul Language was after Years of being Blocked & knowing the moment will Not Be Posted. This was only after not getting ANY solutions from your tech people, who do try to help, but come up with no answer.

  4. im completely unable to get my mail now that you've switched to the "new version" and there is no easy way to switch back to basic version

    I can't access my email. This is unacceptable. It's my main provider. You absolutely can not have your mail servers down for any reason.

  6. fix the website. Totally screwed up. In fact, I just tried to submit this post and got "that page is unavailable"

    Nothing will load, move. page not available, can't fetch...... Am I going to HAVE to switch to Gmail? Can't check any folders. Have you been hacked??????

  8. stop seeing alcohol ads

    I do not want to see ads for alcoholic items. I DO NOT SEARCH for them and do not understand why they pop up on my email screen. How can I stop this?

  18. I am not getting emails from a mailing list

    I am a member of an external mailing list and am an authorized poster. However, when I send an email to the mailing list, my hosting company shows the forwarded email is sent to the mailing list recipients but they dot get the massage. It seems aol blocks the messages.

  20. deleted email not in recently deleted

    I received an email from no.reply.alerts@chase.com on July 11. On July 13th I deleted the email.....but it is not in my recently deleted email folder. Why?
