  1. STOP the underwear ads

    STOP with the bra/underwear ads. Can't even open my email in my office because of the constant inappropriate ads. There are no ads for anything else. No wonder no one uses AOL anymore, change the ads or lose more people as there's many complaints about this

  2. Can't respond to your email request because I don't use X or Facebook.

    It's too difficult to give feedback. AOL responded to a post I entered here with a request that I contact you via X or FB, but I'm not on them.
    Also, I don't want to pay to speak to an agent bc of a problem on your end.

    Allow as many "block senders" as AOL users need...to limit it to 1,000 is not just inadequate, but indicative of a company that really does not care

    I have been with AOL since I was a kid and now I am a mid aged adult. The spam is absolutely ridiculous. I just can't take it anymore. I do not have this issue with Yahoo or Gmail. I keep this because it's always been my main email account. At this point I may just have to make a change. It's obvious you do not care about your users.

    I'm getting many spam emails. Surely you could block more 'at source'.
    I'm UK based and most seem to be US generated.

    Fix problems submitted. Don’t just post or combine them and do nothing about them. Allow domain names to be blocked as spam. I get about 50/day from the same Domain and can’t block them. I’ve had AOL FOREVER, but am about done with wasting so much time per day deletig spam.

  20. Comments on Political Posts Rejected?

    So I can have another AOL member post a disgusting reply to a comment I made about Palestine whereby he threatened to find out my address, slit my throat and stab me (this was allowed?!) but god help me if I mention Israel, my post gets rejected due to inappropriate language?! I was polite, never swore and stated FACTS and I get my post rejected and an appeal also rejected. What on earth is this censorship?! Absolutely disgusting.
