    I Just started having this same problem. Closing app restarting app doesnt help.
    Restarting phone then restarting app also doesnt work at all.
    It seems time is the only thing that clears the issue.
    It really just makes you not wany to bother using AOL at all.

    Oh it seems my app was never getting email...I had to go on the web interface to get it...see what I mean, if you cant get mail or news stories...what is the point of the app?
