  5. I suggest you get rid of the having to verify the phone every time I sign in to mail. even if it is only a short time the same day.

  15. is there a way to view my emails that were 'old' from 2020 in my AOL mailbox? it would be lovely to have access to the old information.

  19. Stop putting suggested recipient list for new emails. It is too easy to hit the wrong name by accident, or to hit more than one name.
