  2. I have been an AOL customer from the beginning, like for 30 years. This platform has become nothing more than a continuous "commercial".

  3. Make it easier to delete messages on AOL. Maybe adopt the same as Google Mail. AOL keeps bringing back messages I've tried to delete earlier

  4. stop putting ads in the middle of my inbox. it is so infuriating and the ads are not relevant to me and some are actually offensive.
