No longer being able to block spam from the spam folder is very inconvenient and time consuming. So many spams a day. I was on tech support to see how I could find a solution but was told I now have to exit Desktop Gold and go to mail.aol.com to be able to block them. WHY? And it is just another bad idea put in place with no warning. How would I have known that I had to leave my application to take care of it? AOL is becoming less user friendly all the time. Do you ever have users sit with our engineers before they make such changes? Just because they can do it, doesn't mean they should.
