"Block mail containing specific words and phrases" doesn't seem to be an option
In several other posts re "Spam," you suggest:
"We recommend setting up a content filter in order to block mail containing specific words and phrases. To do this in AOL Desktop Gold, please follow these steps:
- Click “Mail” at the top left.
- Select “Block Unwanted Mail” from the drop-down menu.
- Check the “Block mail containing specific words and phrases” option.
- Add postmaster-relay the in the box below.
- Click Save at the bottom."
The problem is--"Block mail containing specific words and phrases" doesn't appear to be an option anymore! Where did it go?
I am using AOL Desktop Gold Revision 11.0.2007.…

When I need one of my online vendor accounts to send me a link in order to reset my password...and it comes from an automatic system...It never comes through! I've contacted you on this issue before. I give them my gmail address now. I don't know what you changed...I don't have them blocked, I never had this issue with the old AOL. seriously thinking of not paying for gold...it doesn't work properly

Remove Google ads from Mailbox and e-mail windows - 4 times it's tried to force me to download a virus and I've had to shutdown
In at least 4 instances since Desktop Gold was established, an audio ad has said in part "you may have a virus" and attempted to force a download which when cancelled just popped up again. The only way to get rid of it was in Task Manager (Windows 7) by forcing AOL to shutdown. If this continues, I'll close my 20+ year PAID AOL account

mail settings
I have made at least eight attempts to change my font and point to a different choice. It keeps going back to a default setting. Does anyone know how to make the new choice "stick"?

Reminders not being sent
Another Reminder was not sent to my mailbox yesterday. At this point more are not being sent than are. Actually, I don't remember the last one that I did receive.

Delete key doesn't delete the email I want deleted. Make it work!
Make the "delete" key on my list of emails, WORK!!!!! Now what it does when I click "delete" is bring up the email I wanted to delete. I don't like this at all. I want the delete key to delete the email I don't want to see!!!!

I have used AOL Desktop Gold since it started. Up until September 20th. when a new e-mail was delivered to me, it would automatically appear in my NEW folder, which I always keep open on my screen. Now, I hear the sound notification of a new e-mail, but it does not show up in my NEW folder like always. Now I have to refresh the folder, an extra step. How will I know that THERE IS a new e-mail? What if I can't hear the sound notification or have my sound muted? This has only started since a AOL Software…

Red number on aol desktop gold email
I have noticed that when I'm on aol desktop gold on my desktop which has amd hardware, the red number by the read icon goes down as I'm going through my email and yet on my laptop, which has intel hardware, the red number by the read icon doesn't always go down as I'm going through my email.
Looks like a bug in the aol desktop gold software.

I COPY AND PASTE TO AOL EMAIL.
AFTER IT IS SENT IT IS RECEIVED DOUBLE SPACED
IT ALSO HAPPENS WHEN I TYPE DIRECTLY IN AOL EMAILI TYPE AOL EMAILS SINGLE SPACED.
AFTER THEY ARE SENT,
THE EMAILS RECEIVED ARE DOUBLE SPACED.
PLEASE FIND A WAY TO CORRECT THIS.

ME SCREEN SHOT PHOTOS are still fuzzy and grainy still WITH AOL DESKTOP
