Why is there no longer any thing to click on to select a group E-Mail address to send mail?
Please bring back the option to click on Group Address to send an E-Mail to a group. It has disappeared.

A few weeks ago my entire email List somehow was somehow converted into different categories. I didn't choose or set up these categories.
A few weeks ago my entire email List somehow was converted into different categories. I didn't choose or set up these categories. Some of my contacts were eliminated completely.
Also when I get an email it starts talking to me.
How do I get rid of all of this and get my old email setup back?

yet another day goes by--probably 10 days now?? with no response from AOL technical support. My contacts list has disappeared in AOL desktop Gold only. can not get any support or help from AOL. Help! My address book is not working well at all.
Hello; For the last few days, anytime I make a change to my aol address book, I'm getting messages where the address book function is having problems and to try again in five minutes. I wait ten minutes, try again, but continue to get the same message. Yesterday I created several groups and this morning, they showed up just perfectly in my address book. Tonight, all but two are gone. This is really causing me a lot of stress, since I use aol to notify my church family of sickness, info, etc. What's going on? Thank you!

Editing My Address Book
When Editing My Address Book, once I delete an entry, the system jumps back to the top of the list. Very annoying! Make the system stay at the point of "edit."

I attempted to make a minor change on the address of someone where the address was "dave" to just make it "Dave". However that one address change caused a number of other addresses to jump over into the name box and then have a complete blank in the address portion. I therefore requested AOL to take a recent entire address book for "*****@aol.com" and restore the entire address book with one from a few days earlier on the AOL's files.

This is perhaps more of a complaint. AOL continues to drop individuals from my Address Book.
This has now happened over 20 times. It appears to be happening to members of groups that I send out emails to frequently -- usually the first two to six individuals in a list.

Stop auto adding opened mail to the address book
I have unchecked the box to auto add email addresses , and AOL, wait OATH, seems to still do it, STOP! AOL wasn't even this bad. I see programmers really know how to mess things up.

Old email addresses reappeared
All of a sudden I have old addresses in my address book. These were deleted years ago. AOL strikes again!
Now must go through and delete again over 40 addresses.

I have lost contacts in my group list. I run a business and need this to work. Cannot add a group either. It says try again in 5 minutes.

My AOL Desktop Gold has gone crazy...attaches my "Vietnam Veteran" letter to everything, my emails sent, my address book names...everything.
