Different problems for different people so don't say you can't duplicate what I experienced.
There are different problems for different people, so don't say you can't duplicate what I experienced ad then tell me to clear my browser or call a tech. From what I've been reading here for months, and from my many friends who were on AOL and just left..... each person has different problems. I can't imagine how that can be as we all have the same ****** AOL Gold, but this fact alone tells me that something is very wrong with this program.

Window size and position on sent mail status
When you go to your mailbox and click the status button on a sent mail, the status window's option to remember window size and position is still grayed out.

Compact pictures so they will send in a timely manor like the old aol This is horrible how long it takes to send an attachment!

Why have you made :Favoite Places" so complicated? I like that it is alphabetized but it is no longer easy to add a new site.
In the past it was a no brainer to add a favorite place: just click on the heart and voila it was done. Now you have a :procedure that it totally unnecessary and for me who is only vaguely computer literate you have created unnecessary work. I know this comment will elicit a response but is unlikely to effect any change

When deleting email addresses..please have the email list NOT go back to the A list as you have to scroll down every time to where you were
When deleting email addresses....when you delete an address the system takes you all the way back to the A list of addresses...so if you are deleting an address beginning with E or something you have to scroll back EVERY TIME to finish deleting addresses. So many are "auto added" you have to delete junk once in awhile.

Red underlines in email
In email, words are still underlined in red that I've added to Spellcheck previously. Please have the underline deleted once the word has been placed in Spellcheck. Thanks.

WE CAN NO LONGER FORWARD ANY EXCEL FILES WE'VE BEEN FORWARDING FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS... IT'S OUTRAGEOUS THAT YOUR PROGRAM DESIGNERS DID NOT TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION. ALL I GET FROM YOUR REPS IS "WE ARE SO SORRY" BUT NOTHING EVER EVER GETS RESOLVED! I'M CONSIDERING OTHER SERVICES... AS AOL DOESN'T SEEM TO CARE QUITE FRANKLY!!! -
Browser no good. Getting blank pages.
Browser no good. Getting blank pages. This is happening too often with random sites that I try to go to. Many times after trying to access a URL I get a blank white page and the site will not come up. At other times I get a blank black page for seconds, and then a white blank page before the site finally appears.
There is nothing wrong at my end. Do not tell me to clear my browser or call an AOL tech. I do not have this problem when I use the Internet Explorer browser.

Forwarding E-Mails
the current procedure is extremely awkward and lengthy. The previous version was simple and efficient. It takes 5-6 steps to forward an email compared to two for the previous version. I am seriously considering getting a new internet provider. I have been with AOL for 20 years.

I view negative comments after posted articles on a regular basis that I disagree with. Why in the world am I being denied the right to post so that others can see what i am saying? It would appear that the only people being allowed to post so that others can see what they are saying, are those whose political philosophies coincide with the opinions of AOL staff. This is America, and not some third world dictatorship that only allows people to hear what they want them to hear.

Misleading information on installation of 2 step verification on Aol Desktop Gold
Delete all information on 2 step verification installation on Aol Desktop Gold it is misleading to Customers. According to you techs It can not be installed on Aol Desktop Gold.

Can AOL duplicate the zoom feature that is on Internet Explorer.
A zoom feature like Internet Explorer has available would make reading Web content much easier for those with eyesight issues.
