Window size and position on sent mail status
When you go to your mailbox and click the status button on a sent mail, the status window's option to remember window size and position is still grayed out.

I have a similar problem and have reported it many times in the last few months but they do nothing about it and don't even reply.
I save window size on the mailbox and on favorites, then sign off and sign on again as I was told to do. It works for a while but then it goes back to whatever size it wants to be. At this point it may be easier to leave AOL than to keep begging for fixes.There is no such thing here as customer service or even caring about their customers. The easy way out for them is to tell you to clear your browser or call a tech and then they close your post and won't listen to a reply. I really do hate AOL these days.
