SINCE YOU INSTALLED AOL GOLD WE CAN NO LONGER FORWARD OUR EXCEL FILES TO CUSTOMERS/SUPPLIERS. ITS A DISASTER!!!

WE CAN NO LONGER FORWARD ANY EXCEL FILES WE'VE BEEN FORWARDING FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS... IT'S OUTRAGEOUS THAT YOUR PROGRAM DESIGNERS DID NOT TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION. ALL I GET FROM YOUR REPS IS "WE ARE SO SORRY" BUT NOTHING EVER EVER GETS RESOLVED! I'M CONSIDERING OTHER SERVICES... AS AOL DOESN'T SEEM TO CARE QUITE FRANKLY!!! -
Browser no good. Getting blank pages.
Browser no good. Getting blank pages. This is happening too often with random sites that I try to go to. Many times after trying to access a URL I get a blank white page and the site will not come up. At other times I get a blank black page for seconds, and then a white blank page before the site finally appears.
There is nothing wrong at my end. Do not tell me to clear my browser or call an AOL tech. I do not have this problem when I use the Internet Explorer browser.

Forwarding E-Mails
the current procedure is extremely awkward and lengthy. The previous version was simple and efficient. It takes 5-6 steps to forward an email compared to two for the previous version. I am seriously considering getting a new internet provider. I have been with AOL for 20 years.

I view negative comments after posted articles on a regular basis that I disagree with. Why in the world am I being denied the right to post so that others can see what i am saying? It would appear that the only people being allowed to post so that others can see what they are saying, are those whose political philosophies coincide with the opinions of AOL staff. This is America, and not some third world dictatorship that only allows people to hear what they want them to hear.

Misleading information on installation of 2 step verification on Aol Desktop Gold
Delete all information on 2 step verification installation on Aol Desktop Gold it is misleading to Customers. According to you techs It can not be installed on Aol Desktop Gold.

Can AOL duplicate the zoom feature that is on Internet Explorer.
A zoom feature like Internet Explorer has available would make reading Web content much easier for those with eyesight issues.

Extras? Picture Finder? Allowing address book be on the tool bar?
- Extras: Letter paper choices, Post Cards, etc....
- Picture finer the way it used to be.
- Address book allowed to be on the tool bar!!!!
It used to have a place where you could writer a letter on your email with cute patterns to choose from and send a post card for any occasion on your email. This was such a time saver for me and now it's GONE!!!! These things were under EXTRAS. Now the EXTRAS is void of everything I liked!!
