Desk Top Software
Your desktop software is too large a program with too many things running in the background. I travel and have weak wifi at times. The program barely functions. Also the home screen takes up too much room top to bottom for my lap top. I can't access the bottom of the email page to download attachments, save or delete.

Hello,
I have a laptop that is a few years od, 4gig memory.
After aol GOLD, this thing runs like ****.
I have NO OTHER PROGRAMS RUNNING.
It's AOL GOLD, not anything else, browser, cookies tmnp files etc...
(I see all the suggestions - allow one to "dup" to those.)
It's NOT my computer, it's AOL GOLD.
Please FIX this horrible software or allow us to go back to desktop 9,.8.
