filing emails on AOL problem since you switched to AOL Gold
When you switched over to AOL Gold...you disabled a very useful tool. When saving an email to a file on AOL..when you right click on the email, then choose AOL..and here is where the problems occurs....you used to be able to type in the first letter of the folder and it would jump to the folders that begin with that letter...since you switched to Gold now you have to scroll through the alphabet to get to the first letter of the folder you want to store the email in. This is time consuming and it is inferior to the old AOL system. I asked a representative about this several months ago and he said he would escalate it to the engineering team but it never got fixed. Thanks, in advance, for your help with this issue....a 20 year member of the AOL family.
