Please have an easier way to open attached file
I would like to open the file right a way or to open it automatically by just one click. it's too complicated to open the file i want to have a simple way to do that.

Settings need check by AOL techs
I received a note on my previous feedback asking me to call an AOL "Technical Support Agent" about my feedback issue for change: Namely that when I try to move a heart icon that's under a file in my "favorites box" to a different folder, the minute I click on the heart, the entire list of folders and icon items shifts to the left inside the favorite box. This obliterates seeing the left column of file icons. Why? I called the AOL technical agent as directed in "product support" but he had no idea how to stop that from happening…

Can not save favorites on the top of address book
In the previous versions I was able to save my favorite addresses at the top of the address book by typing a blank space in from of their names. I can still do it in Gold but it does not stay there, once I log off.
It is time consuming to find favorite addressees from the whole alphabetical list -
browser doesn't close on sign-off
Why doesn't the aol browser close when a user signs off? Browser stays open so now it's a 2-action process instead of 1. AOL GOLD IS TERRIBLE...LET US GO BACK TO A PRIOR VERSION!!!!

Mailbox adress list list shouldn't revert to top of list after one deletion
When you scan items in your address list (under mail in mailbox) from A to Z to clear out unwanted addresses, the curser shouldn't jump back to A after one deletion. It should move to the next name in the alphabet on the list so you can continue to survey the list, otherwise you have to go through the entire alphabet to find the spot where you'd been. Very time consuming.

Make changes to address book be SAVED !
Any changes made revert to the previous edition. I have changed and saved many, many entries only to have the changes ignored.
This merits IMMEDIATE attention -
Dates were changed on attached files when downloaded
two months ago, I received an email with one attachment: A ZIP file.
I had downloaded that one ZIP file. When the ZIP file was processed, I had 14 files with their original date, years old..Today, I looked at that older email (in an AOL folder) and there were 14 separate files, instead of the original ZIP file,
When ALL were downloaded they received all NEW, Current DATES!!I Lost all their original Created Dates!

Appears to be unexplainable issue with old emails missing
Went looking for an old email. After searching, I am actually missing all my emails from 2006 to beginning of my account(1996). My wife checked her account with same result. Tech support said there is nothing they can do. When I was on with tech support they confirmed they saw back thru 2007. 2 days later my account is now missing 2007. Again they cannot explain what happened. Also being told I cannot export my emails. Not Good AOL

Put back the Address Book Icon the desktop for easy access.
I use my address book all the time, but since the icon has disappeared via Buddy list window, one must go to mail or a new email, which is an extra step all the times I am continuously using it. Pleeeze put it back.

E-mail list is too hard to read compared to old versions
Decrease the spacing between e-mails to allow more on the page. Even with small FONT this is not easy to read. Allow us to pick FONT size beyond small medium large. Alternatively just use the previous format which was fine.

AOL Gold won't display pictures in emails even when box to notify me before opening mail with pix is unchecked.
The AOL Desktop Gold software is not displaying pictures in emails even though I have the "Notify me before opening mail containing pictures" box unchecked. If I reply to the email informing the sender I didn't get the pictures, the sender tells me the pictures are right there in my reply. And if I open the email on mail.aol.com, the pictures are indeed there. Increasingly, there is no reason whatsoever to use the AOL software. It won't do nearly as much as previous versions did and it's full of bugs. I often have trouble even sending, opening, or moving mail…

Restore the feature to add existing family email accounts to an existing master account.
For some unknown reason, my email isn't listed under my husband's email's master account, and after numerous calls to AOL customer support, we'e been informed it is no longer possible to associate it, even though we're supposed to get up to 7 licenses of AOL Gold. I shouldn't have to pay an additional $4.99 to the $7.99 we're already paying. We've been loyal customers since the beginning of AOL and are disappointed in the obstacles we're encountering recently.
