CANNOT SEND MAIL - AGAIN
Every morning I cannot access my mail or send mail. I am cancelling this service. AOL has become a waste of money -- doesn't work. AOL Gold was just a scam to get money out of people. I feel like starting a class action lawsuit for fraud against AOL. The service is the worse I've ever experienced.

Fix Email formatting.
While writing an email, in the pull-down - click "Compose as plain text"... works as it did in older version
BUT, next, click "Compose as HTML" - and all line feeds, blank lines, and multiple spaces disappear. You are left with a single long line of words.

I am visually impaired and have used AOL for many years, with my screen reader (JFWs) from Freedom Scientific. That is, until you introduced AOL Gold last fall. Since I cannot use a mouse or a touch screen, the key strokes I use to used to navigate on AOL no longer work on AOL Gold, as they did on your previous editions.Do you have new key strokes, that I could use for AOL Gold? Or will I have to change my ISP, which I would rather not have…

Stop creating new editions
I feel that you should stop making us download new editions before you have all the bugs worked out. And you actually feel comfortable charging me for a service that I can't even use or access half the time. GET IT TOGETHER PLEASE.

When Copying hyperlinked text - COPY the URL too
when I copy text that has an added hyperlink, the 'hidden' URL is no longer copied with the text. The text does appear with the color of a possible URL, but none is present.
The 'dropdown' (right mouse click) shows that I CAN ADD a hyperlink but no EDIT or ADD the HYPERLINK' thus none was copied

AOL you all need to fix this **** ! I did what you said with regard to changing font in mail display; didnt work. You content has gone downhill, some of my bank sites wont let me sign in through AOL because the browser is outdated. $27 is too much. I have been with AOL since 1994. My first month was free, thereafter war $4.95.

How about making the print bigger and darker ?? This block's print is what the homepage and all should be.
The print of AOL is too small and too light. Even with my glasses I have trouble reading the print. Never had this issue with the old 9,8 edition. Let's go back to it

Writing an email, I daily hae 2 choose a color. Each day I have 2 do again. Pls. make color (cuson) logged into box, so I don't have 2 daily
Allow in mail (under custom) 2 change color permanately. Iwas told 2 go 2 Mail, tesxt-font & it did not work. Your AOL gold is AWFUL 4 a multidude of reasons,PLEASE go back 2 the old AOL
I ws told there is no time line 2 get a response. Might take up 2 10 years. PLEASE make it ASAP. My plan in future 4 this AOLO gold is 2 cancel, cuz folks lie or have no idea how 2 help!!!!!

Don't close my email after I hit send, I want to be able to send it to other people.
Now with the new GOLD Desktop program, I need to go to my sent email,
copy and past the subject header, and then body of my previously created email, just to resend my email, if I need to send the same email to a number of people,
I have to do this over, and over again!. Bring back 9.8.2, it had few problems!!! -
The To: box should only give us choices of names or addresses that BEGIN with those letters
Names and addresses that just CONTAIN the few letters that we type in the To: box are showing up instead of just names or email addresses that BEGIN with those letters. For example, I typed "red" in the To: box, and every single name and email address that just contains the letters "red" anywhere in the name or anywhere in the address all show up! Much less convenient to have to wade through!

Hate the mouseover popups on like
why did you implement a popup when you move the mouse across the number of likes in the news comments? this is so annoying! A popup of the individuals is stupid because people move their mouse across the screen all the time. They may inadvertently drag their mouse across the number and a popup of names appears. Then they have to stop what their doing to close it. Do you think this is a nice enhancement to your users. Can't you make it user friendly?
