Settings need check by AOL techs
I received a note on my previous feedback asking me to call an AOL "Technical Support Agent" about my feedback issue for change: Namely that when I try to move a heart icon that's under a file in my "favorites box" to a different folder, the minute I click on the heart, the entire list of folders and icon items shifts to the left inside the favorite box. This obliterates seeing the left column of file icons. Why? I called the AOL technical agent as directed in "product support" but he had no idea how to stop that from happening and asked me to write this note to AOL Gold programers saying this problem is something they should look at correcting. The copy inside the previous desktop program stayed stationary when you were moving heart icons from folder to folder. There is no reason for it to shift to the left. If it is doing that to enable you to view the item's name better, it makes things worse because you can no longer see the left side of your favorite's box icons. Solution: Make the box bigger, or do whatever you did in the last program. Why on earth did you change that perfectly good program? For the sake of security? Great, but what about being user friendly. When did that stop being AOL's priority?

exercise in total frustration in report a bug + tech support - AOL just does NOT care about long time paid subscribers or the poor service we are receiving with gold problems - not one concern has been addressed in months !
