cant delete down load history
When i hit edit in 9.8 and earlier, i could select several box's including download history, now that box wont work, I want those visited sites gone when i am done,, and in craigslist, each city and topic highlights when visited so i know is saw it once, now that i cant clear the visited sites, these stay highlighted, making the daily visit terrible as i look at a hundred sites and items and cant keep track

When I open the browser settings box and click on the security tab,
there are two blocks that will not allow me to check so the contents will be deleted. The two blocks are 'Blocked Pop-Ups' and 'Download History.'
Are they going to work eventually or not? Thank you.
